| Objective: To compare the levels of serum β2-microglobulin(β2-MG),retinol binding protein(RBP),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and uric acid(UA)in(EH)patients with native Tibetan essential hypertension at high altitude(3300m-3500 m,Gangcha County)and moderate altitude(1980m-2200 m,Ledu County),and to explore the effects of EH and hypoxia on the levels of β2-MG,RBP,hs-CRP and UA.Methods: A total of 200 cases of EH of native Tibetans over 40 years old and healthy persons of the same nationality were collected from high altitude area(3300m-3500m)and moderate altitude area(1980m-2200m)in Qinghai. The subjects at high altitude were divided into HH group(EH patients)and HC group(control group),and the middle altitude patients were divided into MH(EH patients)group and MC(control group),with 50 cases in each group. The data of sex, age, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, liver and kidney function, blood lipid and blood glucose were collected.Statistical analysis using SPSS26.0 software package. Results: 1.There were no significant differences in sex composition and age among all groups(P>0.05).SBP and DBP in EH group were higher than those in healthy control group at the same altitude(P < 0.05).2.There were no significant differences in ALT,AST,TC,TG,HDL,LDL,BUN and Cr levels between EH group and control group at the same altitude,EH group at different altitude and control group at different altitude(P > 0.05).The levels of β2-MG,Cys-C and hs-CRP in HH and MH groups were higher than those in HC and MC groups, and the levels of RBP and UA in HH and MH group were higher than those in HC group(P < 0.05).The levels of RBP,Cys-C and hs-CRP in HH and HC groups were higher than those in MH and MC groups, and the levels of β2-MG and UA in HH group were higher than those in MH group. The level of FBG in MC group was higher than that in MH and HC groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.The serum levels of β2-MG,RBP and Cys-C in HH group were increased while the levels of BUN and Cr were still normal, suggesting that β2-Mg,RBP and Cys-c reacted earlier than BUN and Cr in EH patients with early renal injury.2.With the increase of altitude, serum UA,hs-CRP,β2-MG,RBP,and Cys-C levels in EH patients increased, while serum hs-CRP,RBP,and Cys-C levels in the control group increased, suggesting that with the increase of altitude, hypoxia was aggravated, oxidative stress and inflammatory response of the body were enhanced, and the kidney injury caused by it was enhanced.3.The level of hs-CRP in HH and MH group was higher than that in HC and MC group, and the level of UA in HH group was higher than that in HC group, suggesting that UA and hs-CRP were involved in the occurrence and development of EH to a certain extent. |
