| Objective:Objective to compare the efficacy and related adverse reactions of GnRH-a and Dienogest as follow-up treatment in patients with endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery,so as to evaluate the feasibility of Dienogest as postoperative medication for patients with endometriosis, and to provide patients with the best compatible therapeutic schedule.Method:41 patients with endometriosis treated by laparoscopic surgery from 2019 to2020 in Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital were collected, including 20 patients treated with GnRH-a(control group)and 21 patients treated with Dienogest(observation group)after operation. The age, operation time, preoperative symptoms, signs and preoperative hormone levels of the two groups were observed. The follow-up was conducted for 3 months and 6 months Symptoms improvement, recurrence, hormone level and side effects. Results:After analysis and comparison, there was no significant difference in age, intraoperative blood loss and mass size between the two groups, and the two groups were comparable. After statistical processing of various data,it was found that there was no significant difference between the two groups in symptom relief, ovarian function damage and disease recurrence. Conclusions:DNG,as an oral progesterone, can improve the clinical symptoms and prevent the recurrence of endometriosis in patients with pelvic endometriosis. The most common adverse drug reaction is irregular vaginal bleeding,no patient developed anemia as a result. And with the prolongation of drug use time,it gradually reduced and even disappeared. The treatment cost of the drug is also less than that of patients using GnRH-a,so the patients’ acceptance is also higher. To sum up,Dienogest’s comprehensive effect can be compared with GnRH-a drugs, which can provide good therapeutic effect for patients. |
