Objective:To construct the decision-making aid scheme for bladder perfusion treatment in bladder cancer patients based on the Ottawa decision support framework, and to make the initial clinical application of decision-making aid program through experimental research, with a view to improving the consistency of bladder cancer patients’ participation in treatment decision-making attitude and actual degree,decision-making participation satisfaction, alleviating patients’ decision-making difficulty level, negative emotion, and increasing their treatment compliance, thus providing reference for further improving the health management of bladder perfusion patients.Methods:1.Consult and analyze relevant literature at home and abroad, and construct the first draft of the decision-making aid program for bladder perfusion treatment in bladder cancer patients in combination with the Ottawa decision support framework, modify and perfect the decision-making aid program through the expert meeting method and pre-experiment,and form the final draft of the decision-making aid program. The decision-assisted intervention team is set up and the team member is trained in a unified and standardized way to ensure the smooth development of decision-making auxiliary program in clinical practice.2.From March to December 2020,80 cases of bladder cancer patients at a Sanjia hospital in Gansu Province were selected as the study subjects, grouped according to the order of admission of patients, and the control group carried out routine therapeutic care education, and the intervention group implemented decision-making-assisted intervention on the basis of routine education. The general data questionnaire, the patient’s willingness to participate in treatment decision-making /actual questionnaire, the hospital anxiety and depression assessment scale, the decision-making dilemma scale, the patient’s participation in medical decision-making satisfaction questionnaire, the treatment compliance questionnaire as the survey tool to evaluate the bladder cancer patients before and after intervention. After the data has been reviewed by two people and entered into Excel, the data analysis is carried out using SPSS21.0 statistical software.Results:1.Through literature review and theoretical analysis, the decision-making auxiliary program of bladder perfusion treatment in bladder cancer patients was constructed,11 experts from relevant fields were invited to hold group meetings, and the decision-making auxiliary scheme was revised and perfected in combination with expert suggestions, and 6 cases of bladder cancer patients were selected for pre-test to verify the feasibility of the scheme, and the problems arising during the intervention were further revised.2.This study included a total of 80 study subjects, the study process of the control group lost a total of 3 cases,of which 1 patient after surgery tumor recurrence,2 patients can not contact;A total of 75 cases were included in the study, including 37 cases in the control group and 38 cases in the intervention group. The baseline of the two groups of patients was not statistically significant(P>0.05)and was comparable.3.Comparison between the two groups before and after the intervention: Before the intervention, the decision-making willingness and anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05),and after the intervention, the participation, treatment compliance, and decision-making participation satisfaction were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),the decision-making dilemma level and anxiety score were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the total score of depression and anxiety depression was not statistically significant compared with the control group(P>0.05).4.Comparison results before and after intervention: the consistency of treatment decision-making participation in the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05),The consistency of treatment decision-making participation in the intervention group was not statistically significant(P>0.05);The difference in anxiety and depression score in the control group was not statistically significant(P>0.05),the difference in anxiety score and anxiety depression score in the intervention group was statistically significant(P<0.05),the difference in depression score was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Based on theoretical analysis, literature review, expert meeting method to build bladder perfusion treatment decision-making auxiliary program and preliminary application, the program by providing patients with detailed decision-making information support, guide their participation in the formulation of their own treatment plan, weigh the benefit-risk ratio of treatment plan, and help clarify the patient’s personal preferences and values, can effectively improve the actual participation of bladder cancer patients in treatment decision-making,decision-making satisfaction, reduce their decision-making difficulty level, negative mood. This in turn increases the compliance of perfusion therapy in patients with bladder cancer.
