Objectives1.To construct a program of continuing care based on m Health App for bladder perfusion patients after bladder cancer surgery2.To explore the effectiveness of this program on negative mood and quality of life.MethodsIn this experimental study, patients who underwent transurethral resection of bladder tumor(TUR-BT)in the comprehensive hospitals of Henan Province from May 2018 to May 2019 and underwent outpatient bladder perfusion chemotherapy in the outpatient department of the day treatment center of our hospital were selected as subjects,Computer random number generator was used to divide them into control group and intervention group, control group accepted routine nursing care, and intervention group on the basis of further accepted continuous nursing based on m Health App intervention plan.In other words, patients in the intervention group received health guidance on disease knowledge, daily activities, diet, mental health and other aspects through mobile medical APP in addition to face to face and telephone follow-up.after 3 months' intervention, the effects of individualized continuous nursing intervention on negative mood and quality of life of bladderperfusion patients after bladder cancer were evaluated by general condition questionnaire,self-rating depression scale,self-rating anxiety scale and quality of life scale.Epi Data 3.0 software was used to establish the database, and SPSS20.0statistical software was used for data analysis.Chi-square test,t test, and repeated measures analysis of variance were used as appropriate. All the tests showed significant difference with P<0.05.Results1.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,150 patients who underwent transurethral resection of bladder tumor(TUR-BT)in the comprehensive hospitals of Henan Province were selected in this study. At last.143 samples were completed, with the completion rate of 95.3%.2.Baseline comparison of 73 patients in the intervention group and 70 patients in the control group showed no statistical differences in gender, age, marital status, educational level, monthly family income, occupation, current medical payment pattern, complications, and disease stage(P>0.05).No statistical differences were found between SDS score,SDS moderate to heavy scoring rate,SAS score, and SAS moderate to heavy scoring rate between the two groups(P>0.05),two groups of patients in the general health, physical function, role function, cognitive function, emotional function, social function, functional sub scale, symptom score and symptoms scale score were no statistical differences(P>0.05).3.After nursing intervention, two groups of patients' SDS score,SDS moderate to heavy scoring rate,SAS score,SAS moderate to heavy scoring rate were lower than before the nursing intervention and had statistical difference(P<0.05),after nursing intervention,SDS score,SDS moderate to heavy scoring rate,SAS score,SAS moderate to heavy scoring rate decreased to a greater extent in the intervention group, which showed statistical differences compared with the control group(P<0.05).4.After nursing intervention, the overall health status, body function, role function, cognitive function, emotional function, social function and functional subscale score of the two groups were all higher than those before nursingintervention, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionsContinuing care based on m Health App continuous nursing is a feasible and effective intervention method, which can significantly improve the negative mood of patients with bladder perfusion after bladder cancer, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and improve the quality of life of patients with bladder perfusion after bladder cancer. It has a good clinical application prospect and is worthy of clinical application.
