| Dai medicine Mai Han,whose scientific name is Fissisfigma polyanthum,is a liane belonging to the Fissistigma genus of the Annonaceae family.Folk medicine has the function of anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,dispelling dampness,clearing meridians,activating blood circulation,regulating menstruation and other pharmacological activities.Domestic and foreign scholars have found that plants of the Fissistigma genus contain a variety of compounds such as isoquinoline alkaloids,flavonoids,organic acids and so on,and the main isoquinoline alkaloids are aporphine alkaloids.Given that isoquinoline alkaloids have a significant effect on cholinesterase,in order to study the effective components of anti-Alzheimers and to enrich the material basis and pharmacological activity data of Fissistigma genus,the chemical constituents of the root of the Fissisfigma polyanthum which was gathered in Yunnan Province were separated,purified and identified in this paper.Finally,17 compounds were obtained,they are: Fissanthine A(1),Fissanthine B(2),Xylopine(3),(-)-N-methylcalycinine(4),(-)-calycinine(5),Oxoxylopine(6),(+)-Petaline(7),Dehydrodiscretamine(8),(-)-Discretamine(9),β-D-glucopyranoside,3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl(10),Piperolactam C(11),Piperolactam A(12),5-hydroxy-7,4’-dimethoxyflavone(13),Isopedicin(14),3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid(15),β-sitosterol(16),Sucrose(17).Fissanthine A and Fissanthine B are new compounds.Compound 7 has not been obtained from the Annonaceae plants.Compounds 3,4,5,6,8,9,11,12,13,14 and 15 have not been obtained from the the Fissisfigma polyanthum.The cholinesterase inhibitory activities of compounds 1-15 isolated from Fissisfigma polyanthum were tested.The isolated compounds 1-15 mostly inhibited the ACh E and BCh E.Then,1,6,7,8,11,12 and 15 had inhibitory efficacy on ACh E.And1 and 11 had inhibitory efficacy on BCh E.In addition,the antioxidant activities of compounds 1-15 were evaluated in three aspects.The results showed that compounds1,4,7,8,9,14 and 15 showed antioxidant activities.And compounds 14 and 15 showed outstanding performance.These pharmacological activity data provide new clues for the development of novel anti-Alzheimer’s drugs. |
