Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the self-efficacy and its influencing factors of patients One week after replantation of severed finger,so as to effectively improve the self-efficacy of clinical patients, reduce the impact of disease, and provide intervention basis for speeding up recovery. Methods: This paper is a cross-sectional study,Using convenience sampling to select 114 patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria One week after replantation of severed finger from March 2020 to February 2021 in the inpatient department of hand surgery in a tertiary hospital in Xi ’an.Through the self-designed general information questionnaire for the patients is determined, and the self-efficacy and social support status of the patients are determined through the general self-efficacy scale and social support rating scale. The collected data will be checked by two persons, after the data is sorted and entered, the SPSS25.0 software is used for statistical analysis:Statistical description of all data with frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, median, interquartile range, etc.;single factor analysis of self-efficacy of patients after replantation of severed fingers;between patients’ social support and selfefficacy Spearman correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship;multiple linear regression analysis methods were used to conduct multivariate analysis of patient self-efficacy.Results: A total of 120 questionnaires were distributed in this survey,6 of which were invalid, and the recovery rate was 95%.(1)One week after replantation of severed finger, the average self-efficacy score of114 patients was(26.40± 5.61),with the lowest score of 15 and the highest score of 38.Among them,70 patients were in the middle level, with the lowest proportion of 13.2%,only 15,and the remaining 29 were in the high level;(2)The total social support scores of 114 patients with severed finger replantation in the first week ranged from 17 to 55 points, with a median of 40.The quartiles P25 and P75 were 32 and 45,respectively,which were in the middle level;(3)The results of univariate analysis of general self-efficacy of patients one week after replantation of severed finger showed that the differences in self-efficacy scores of patients with different marital status, family monthly income, pain degree, and degree of severed fingers were statistically significant(P<0.05);(4)One week replantation of severed finger, there was a positive correlation between self-efficacy and social support and its dimensions, and the correlation coefficients were 0.812,0.819,0.699 and 0.712 respectively;(5)Multiple linear regression of influencing factors of patients’ general self-efficacy one week after replantation of severed finger showed that three factors,i.e.,Three factors, including social support, family monthly income per capita and pain degree, entered the regression equation and they accounted for 84.7% of the variation in patients’ self-efficacy.Conclusion:(1)One week after replantation of severed finger, patients’ general self-efficacy and social support are at a moderate level;(2)One week after replantation of severed finger, the self-efficacy level of patients is mainly affected by their marital status, monthly income per family, pain degree, degree of severed fingers and social support;(3)Social support has an impact on the self-efficacy of patients one week after replantation of severed fingers, and there is a positive correlation between the two.The higher the degree of social support, the higher the self-efficacy.
