The Relationship Between Social Support,Self-Efficacy,Readiness For Discharge And Post-Traumatic Growth In Patients With Tibia And Fibula Fractures

Objective:（1）To investigate the status and correlation of post-traumatic growth,discharge readiness,social support,and self-efficacy in patients with tibia and fibula fractures;（2）To explore the mediating mechanism of self-efficacy and readiness for discharge in the understanding of social support and post-traumatic growth of patients with tibia and fibula fractures,so as to provide reference for the development of targeted psychological rehabilitation measures and perfect post-traumatic growth theory for patients with tibia and fibula fractures.Method:This subject is a correlation study in cross-sectional types,using a convenient extraction method.From July 2020 to January 2021,two tertiary hospitals in Yan’an University were selected from two tertiary hospitals in trauma repair surgery and spine surgery that meet the criteria for admission and discharge.Postoperative patients with tibia and fibula fractures were the subjects of the study.The subject evaluation content has 5 items:population and disease-related variables questionnaire,PTGI,RHDS,PSSS and GSES.Use Epidata3.1 tools to establish a database for data entry.The main analysis tool used is SPSS 25.0.Data analysis methods include descriptive statistics,Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal-Wallis H rank sum test,Spearman correlation analysis,Process macro program Models 4 and 6 are used for mediating effect analysis,and Bootstrap is selected for verification.Results:（1）The median post-traumatic growth score of 279 patients with tibia and fibula fractures was 51.0,P₂₅ was 43.0,and P₇₅was 60.0.The range of scores was between 26 and 90.The average score of each dimension item was"individual strength"Promotion"is the highest at 3.0;"Personal change"is the lowest at 2.3;the median score of discharge readiness is 85.0,P₂₅ is 80.0,P₇₅ is 89.0,the score range is between 67and 109,and the items in each dimension are average The score of"Individual State"was the highest at 8.3;the"Personal Adaptability"was the lowest at 6.4;the median score of perceived social support was 55.0,P₂₅ was 49.0,P₇₅ was 63.0,and the range of scores was 39-77.The average score of the items of the dimension is"Family Support"is the highest,5.0;"Friends Support"is the lowest,4.3;The median self-efficacy score is 20.0,P₂₅ is 17.0,P₇₅ is 24.0,and the score range is between 12 and 36..（2）Post-traumatic growth levels are different in general data in gender,age,place of residence,education level,job type,income level,and payment methods for medical treatment（P<0.05）;post-traumatic growth level is damaged in disease-related data The reasons,the time from injury to investigation,the degree of patient’s self-conscious pain,and the level of care at admission were different（P<0.05）.（3）Post-traumatic growth was significantly positively correlated with hospital discharge readiness,perceived social support,and self-efficacy（r_s=0.483,0.460,0.423,P<0.01）;discharge readiness was significantly correlated with perceived social support and self-efficacy Significantly positive correlation（r_s=0.615,0.475,P<0.01）;comprehension of social support and self-efficacy showed a significant positive correlation（r_s=0.622,P<0.01）.（4）The mediating effect analysis shows that self-efficacy plays a part of the mediating role between patients’perception of social support and post-traumatic growth,with an effect value of 0.043 and an indirect effect of 21.39%;readiness for discharge is based on patients’perception of social support and post-traumatic growth It plays a completely mediating role in the middle,with an effect value of 0.094 and an indirect effect accounting for 46.77%;self-efficacy and readiness for discharge play a completely mediating role between the patient’s perception of social support and post-traumatic growth,with a total effect value of 0.114,total indirect effect It accounts for 56.72%.Conclusion:（1）Post-traumatic growth of patients with tibia and fibula fractures,the level of comprehension social support scores are moderate,and the level of discharge readiness and self-efficacy scores are at medium to low levels;（2）Post-traumatic growth,discharge readiness,and comprehension of patients with tibia and fibula fractures There is a positive correlation between social support and self-efficacy;（3）Self-efficacy and readiness for discharge play a mediating role in the perception of social support and post-traumatic growth of patients with tibia and fibula fractures;self-efficacy and readiness for discharge are in patients with tibia and fibula fractures Comprehend that social support and post-traumatic growth play a chain-like intermediary role.
