The COVID-19 epidemic that emerged in 2020 has become the most extensive,crisis-critical,and longest recovery time since the founding of New China.The community is often the "bridgehead" for responding to the epidemic and the basic unit of urban governance.The community stability can maintain social stability.In response to this particularly major public health emergency,my country’s grass-roots communities actively responded to the call of the Party Central Committee and the government,using grid management methods to fight on the front line of epidemic prevention and control,and ensure the safety and safety of the people’s lives.Healthy body.However,in the actual inspection of the epidemic prevention and control work,as an innovative means of grassroots social governance,the grid management of the community has also exposed many problems,but this is also an opportunity for the further development and improvement of grid management.The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China also pointed out that efforts should be made to improve the disaster prevention and mitigation system of neighborhoods and communities.By further promoting community autonomy,the community will become the key to prevention and control capabilities,giving full play to the subjective initiative of the masses,and improving our country’s response to emergencies from the source.The overall prevention and control capabilities.This paper takes the grid management of Xi’an C community to respond to the new crown pneumonia epidemic as an example,analyzes and explores the problems in community grid management,and provides suggestions for the grid management of urban communities in Xi’an.This paper reads a large number of relevant domestic and foreign documents,based on 4R crisis management theory and resilience governance theory,and uses literature research methods,questionnaire survey methods,interview methods and other research methods to explore the grid management of Xi’an C community in the epidemic.The specific model and current status of implementation have found that the grid management of Community C during the epidemic has problems such as residents’ resistance to epidemic prevention and control,lack of cell grid information,shortage of masks and drugs for chronic diseases,and overwork and pressure on street-based work.Through further research and analysis,it is found that there are many fragility risks in community grid management.Therefore,drawing on the advanced experience of grid management in other communities in China,we propose to strengthen grid publicity and guarantee capabilities,establish grid information sharing platforms,and optimize street-based finances.Investment and improvement of community grid resource allocation and other countermeasures and suggestions to further improve the resilience of the urban community grid in Xi’an,and improve the grid management capabilities and services of the urban community in Xi’an.
