Study On The Characteristics Of Drug Use In The Treatment Of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer By Professor Li Candong Based On Data Mining

Objective: To analyze and summarize Professor Li Candong’s prescriptions in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),and to summarize and inherit Professor Li Candong’s medication characteristics and academic thoughts in the treatment of NSCLC.Methods: In January 2016 to January 2021 can-dong li,a professor at the clinic diagnosis and treatment of this study included in the standard of non-small cell lung cancer medical record,in accordance with the unified format,using Mircrosoft Excel and SPSS Modeler 18.0 and 23.0software SPSS Statistics,through frequency analysis,correlation analysis and cluster analysis methods such as statistical analysis the medical record data,draw can-dong li,a professor at the medical characteristics for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.Results: 1.General situation: In 140 cases,more males than females,and the incidence of NSCLC increases significantly between 40 and 70 years of age,with the highest incidence occurring between 61 and 70 years of age.Adenocarcinoma accounted for 75.00%,squamous cell carcinoma accounted for 23.57%,and adenosquamous cell carcinoma and large cell carcinoma were rare in clinic.In the TNM stage,51 patients were in Ⅳ stage,54 patients were in the critical stage,and 105 patients were in the middle and advanced stage,accounting for75.00% of the total.2.Symptom statistics: there were 137 symptom elements in 140 patients,of which 14 were symptom elements with frequency ≥10%,and they were regarded as high frequency symptoms.The top five respiratory symptoms were cough,sputum,chest tightness,chest pain and wheezing.The top five respiratory symptoms were fatigue,poor appetite,sticky mouth,bitter mouth and spontaneous sweating.3.Syndrome statistics: lung(92.11%)was the most common locus syndromes,followed by spleen(41.87%)and heart(32.51%).The frequency of liver and kidney was low.The top five syndromic elements were phlegm(85.22%),blood stasis(71.92%),qi deficiency(63.05%),dampness(61.08%)and qi stagnation(42.85%).The frequency of heat,Yin deficiency,blood deficiency and Yang deficiency was low.4.Drug use rule: 36 drugs with drug use frequency greater than 5.00% were used as the common drugs in this study;The frequency of phlegm-reducing,cough relieving and antiasthmatic drugs was the highest,accounting for 21.42% of the total frequency,followed by heat-clearing drugs,Qi regulating drugs,deficiency tonifying drugs,surface relieving drugs,water-enhancing and moisture-permeating drugs,and drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The cold and warm drugs were the most common,followed by the plain drugs and the cold drugs.Among the five flavors,bitter and spicy taste are the most,followed by sweet taste.The majority of drugs were channelized through lung and spleen,followed by heart,stomach,liver and gallbladder.Among drug associations,the most commonly used drug combinations were Pinellia pinellia,Citrus tangerine peel,Citrus aurantii and Bambusa shavings.Among the three drug associations,the most commonly used drug combinations were orange peel,pinellia pinellia,tuckahoe and hawthorn,bamboo shavings and bupleurum.In the drug-disease association,the commonly used cough drugs were Baibu,the commonly used cough group was Baibu + Bupleurum bupleurum + Radix Sutellariae + Poria coco + Tangerine peel + Pinellia pinellia;The commonly used drugs for sputum were Baibu,and the commonly used drugs were Baibu + Bupleurum + Radix Scutellariae + Poria Cocoa + Tangerine peel +Pinellia pinellia;The commonly used drug for asthma was Schisandrae chinensis,and the commonly used drug group was Schisandrae chinensis + ginseng + Ophiopogonis japonicus +Aster + Slightly winter flower + 100 branches.Commonly used drugs for chest tiredness were Bupleurum,common drug group was Bupleurum + red peoniae peoniae + aurantium aurantium+ tangerine peel + pinellia pinellia + poria cocos;The commonly used drugs for chest pain were Yanhusuo,and the commonly used drugs group were Yanhusuo + Salvia miltiorrhiza + peach kernel + safflower + red peony + Chuanxiong;The commonly used drugs of fatigue were ginseng,and the commonly used group was ginseng + Radix Ophiopogonis + Schisandra Fruit+ Tangerine Peel + Pinellia Pinellia + Poria cocos.Six Divine Comedy was commonly used,Pinellia pinellia + tangerine peel + Poria cocos + ginger + Six Divine Comedy + Trifoliate Citrus aurantii was commonly used.5.The core prescriptions were as follows: the first group of drugs: gallanacin,Radix Shanchi mushroom,Radix Prunella Radix,Radix Licorice Radix;The second group of drugs: Bupleurum,Radix Sutellariae,Pinellia pinellia,Tangerine Peel,Poria Coing,Trifoliate Fructus aurantii,Bambusa Ru,Astragalus membranaceus,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Shanci mushroom,Radix gallanacin,Six Divine Comedy,Ginger,Baibu,Licorice;The third group of drugs: Bupleurum,Radix Scutellariae,Pinellia pinellia,Dangshen,cassia twigs,red peony root,Six Divine Comedy,ginger,jujube,licorice;The fourth group of drugs: Pinellia pinellia,tangerine peel,poria cocos,aster,Scolander’s flower,ginseng,Schisandra fruit,Radix Ophiopogonis,Licorice root.Conclusion: 1.Non-small cell lung cancer is mainly located in the lung and spleen,involving the heart,liver and kidney;The pathological properties are standard solid deficiency,deficiency and deficiency.The solid syndromes are mostly phlegm,blood stasis,dampness and Qi stagnation,while the deficiency syndromes are mostly Qi
