Interrogative comprehension and production are very important for children’s study,social interaction,adaptive function and various forms of employment,and play a very important role in the socialization process of children’s development and growth.Social communication disorder is one of the core symptoms of autism children,most children with autism have problems such as lack of interest in others and social environment and inability to grasp social cues.Based on these problems,children with autism have difficulty in naturally acquiring questions in the process of development.At present,in terms of interrogative questions for children with autism,the focus is mostly on interrogative comprehension content,and there is a lack of research on the production of interrogative questions for children with autism.The research content of comprehension and production and the relevant empirical research have not been found.Therefore,on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of interrogative comprehension and production in autistic children,this study proposed the stepped interrogative comprehension and production training strategy,and verified its effectiveness.The main research contents are as follows:1.A comparative study on the comprehension and production ability of interrogative sentences between children with autism and normally developing childrenThe differences in interrogative comprehension and production were compared between 24 autistic children and 23 normally developing children with age-matched language by 2 * 4 experimental design.The results are the ones:(1)The scores of interrogative comprehension and interrogative production of children with autism were significantly lower than those of normally developing children,indicating that autistic children lagged behind normally developing children of the same language age in both interrogative comprehension and interrogative production.(2)in the comprehension of different sentence types and launched on the accuracy of the normal development of children’s comprehension and by performance is consistent,in order to "what" > > "who" "where">"to do",comprehension sequence of autistic children questions as"what">>"who""do what">"where",The order of production is"what">"where">"who">"do what".2.Characteristics analysis of comprehension and production of interrogative sentences in children with autismTo further explore the specific error types that autistic children comprehension and production in interrogative sentence types with four interrogative pronouns,"who","what","where" and "do what",found that:(1)There were six types of error types in the comprehension interrogative questions in autistic children: parody questions,irrelevant answer,grammatical errors,semantic inaccuracy,semantic errors and no response.There were four types of error types in the production interrogative questions in autistic children:parody questions,answering questions instead of asking questions,improper choice of question words and lack of questioning consciousness.(2)From the highest to the lowest,the proportion of error types in question sentence comprehension is: no response >,irrelevant answer,>,semantic inaccuracy,>,parody question >,grammatical error and semantic error;In the initiated error type,the production is from high to low: no question consciousness > to answer to ask > parody question > question word choice is improper.3.Intervention study of interrogate comprehension and production in autistic childrenBased on the characteristics of autistic children in terms of interrogative comprehension and production,the stepped interrogative comprehension and production training strategy was proposed,and five autistic children were interfered with by a single-group experiment design.The results are the ones:(1)The scores of interrogative comprehension(p=0.041)and production(p=0.042)in autistic children were significantly improved,and the types of errors in interrogative comprehension and production were significantly reduced.The most prominent point was that after intervention,no response or questioning consciousness was found in the included children.(2)Two months after the intervention,children were still able to flexibly use the questions they had learned at home and at school,indicating that the stepwise interrogative training strategy had a significant maintenance effect.(3)The child caregivers affirmed the effectiveness of the stepped question response and initiation training strategy,and believed that this training strategy could effectively improve children’s question and response ability.The significance of this research:(1)Based on the overall understanding of the status quo of interrogative sentences of autistic children,this study deeply analyzes the typical error types in the comprehension and production ability of interrogative sentences,and enriches the research results of interrogative sentences of autistic children who speak Chinese as their mother tongue.(2)This study puts forward the training strategy of stepped interrogative comprehension and production ability for autistic children,and applies this strategy to clinical rehabilitation,and obtains good training results,which provides theoretical and clinical experience for the study of autistic children’s interrogative comprehension and production ability.
