Objective:Establish the management system of noise occupational hazards,analyze the current situation of noise occupational hazards and prevention and control,realize the dynamic monitoring and early warning of the risk of occupational hazards caused by workers’exposure to noise by enterprises,occupational health service agencies and regulatory departments,provide effective technical basis for monitoring and early warning of noise occupational exposure population,protect workers’occupational health and improve noise level Technical level of prevention and control of occupational hazards and comprehensive management ability of occupational health risks.Methods:This paper realizes the overall design of the noise occupational disease hazard management system.It realizes the statistics and management of occupational exposure survey data,noise detection result data and occupational health examination result data.For three years(2017-2019),the noise intensity of a thermal power enterprise was measured on site,the occupational health examination was carried out for the operators,and the data was recorded into the management system of this study.The noise workers(noise equivalent sound level>80d B(A))were selected as the contact group,and the non noise workers as the control group.SPSS19.0 was used to analyze the characteristics of noise induced hearing loss,the current situation and incidence trend of noise occupational disease hazards in 2017-2019.χ~2 test was used for the difference between the count data groups.Independent t-test was used to compare the mean between the two groups.Using the prediction model of hearing loss risk in the assessment of hearing loss caused by acoustic noise(ISO 1999:2013(E)),the hearing loss and risk probability of noise exposed workers were calculated.Results:Based on the idea of risk assessment and management of noise occupational disease hazards,a noise occupational disease hazard management system is established to realize the statistics and management of occupational exposure survey data,noise detection result data and occupational health examination result data,and to register,query and manage occupational health information of noise exposed people.According to the noise intensity test data of the thermal power enterprise for three consecutive years,it can be known that most of the jobs are noise jobs with equivalent sound level over 80 d B(A),and there are some jobs with excessive noise,with equivalent sound level over 85 d B(A).In the past three years,there has been no case of occupational disease-occupational noise deafness in the enterprise.The difference of the abnormal hearing rate of the pure tone threshold test results of the operators in the enterprise from 2017 to 2019 is statistically significant(P<0.05),and the change of the abnormal hearing rate of the whole enterprise in the past three years shows a decreasing trend year by year(P<0.05).The hearing loss caused by age and noise and the hearing loss caused by noise all show the maximum value of hearing threshold level at the frequency of 4000 Hz,and the audiogram shows a V-shape with the change of frequency.Conclusion:The development of hearing loss is characterized by high-frequency hearing loss in the early stage,gradually involving speech frequency.It is particularly important to prevent and control the occurrence of noise deafness in the early stage from the source,to carry out in-depth statistical analysis by combining monitoring data with physical examination results,and to manage the risk of prevention and control of occupational hazards.Establish the management system of noise occupational hazards,apply the Internet big data and computer terminal to the monitoring and technical system construction of high-risk groups of occupational noise deafness,and use it to make statistical analysis of noise exposure and occupational hazards by enterprises,occupational health technical service institutions,government management departments,etc.Register the intensity of noise detection,occupational health monitoring data of individual workers and employers,predict and forewarn the change trend of indicators,master the incidence characteristics and development trend of noise deafness in noise workers,high noise industries and enterprises,and optimize risk management countermeasures.
