| Occupational noise widely exists in the working environment and production process, which has a great impact on the physical and mental health of the workers. In addition to the recognized hearing damage, noise may also cause adverse effects on the nervous system and cardiovascular system. It is well known that noise exposure in the manufacturing industry is not optimistic, and the average annual incidence of occupational noise deafness cases is very high.In order to improve the current methods of occupational hazard assessment of noise and provide a basis for occupational noise management, this study worked on the methods of occupational risk assessments of noise in machining workshops with noise problems. This paper summarizes the risk assessment methods for occupational hearing damage that have been widely used by domestic and foreign scholars in recent years, and takes a mechanical processing workshop as the research object to apply the risk assessment methods for occupational noise,so as to improve the current methods for occupational hearing damage. In this study, three risk assessment methods including the occupational hazard risk management guide method,MES evaluation method and risk index evaluation method were applied. The risk index method was optimized and modified according to the assessment results and the actual situation of the workshop. The revised method was applied to re-evaluate the workshop noise, and the following conclusions were drawn: The noise exposure of the mechanical processing workshop is serious, and the noise exposure of the shearing machine and the numerical control station exceeds the occupational contact limit; The assessment results obtained by applying three occupational risk assessment methods are as follows: the shear punch and numerical control station are of high risk, while the cutting and welding station are of low risk; The revised occupational noise risk assessment method was applied to re-evaluate the workshop, and the results were basically consistent with other methods. |
