The Clinical Effect Of The Operating Room Information Management System

Objective: The practical situation and effect of applying the information management system to the operating room are analyzed and studied.Methods:This paper analyzes and studies the practical application of the information management system in the operating room where the author works.The information management system is composed of the operating room nursing system,personnel management system,APP intelligent quality management system and many other sub-systems.In this paper,the research time for the July 2019 to December 2019,in-depth study in the operating room information management system during the period of practical application situation,analysis of the operating room before and after the contrast information management system application work efficiency and the change of clinical work,measures for checking time,staff satisfaction,operation mechanical failure rate,etc.Results:1.After the implementation of information management,the degree of satisfaction of medical staff in the operating room was significantly improved compared with that before the management.It can be seen that there was a significant difference(P<0.05)before and after the application of the management system,indicating statistical significance.2.After the implementation of information management,the number of surgical instrument errors and the number of lost instruments were significantly reduced compared with those before the management.It can be seen that there was a significant difference(P<0.05)before and after the application of the management system,indicating statistical significance.3.After the implementation of information management,it is known from the quality evaluation that there are significant differences in the data of the evaluatorin terms of frequency,out time,evaluation time and record integrity.It can be seen that there are significant differences(P<0.05)before and after the application of the management system,indicating statistical significance.4.After the implementation of information management,the theoretical assessment results of new nurses and the satisfaction of nurses were significantly higher than those before the implementation of the management system.It could be seen that the difference before and after the application of the management system was significant(P<0.05),indicating statistical significance.5.After the implementation of information management,the average time spent in the verification of high-value consumables was significantly reduced,and the frequency of errors in the use of high-value consumables was also significantly reduced,indicating that there was a significant difference(P<0.05)before and after the application of the management system,indicating statistical significance.6.After the implementation of information management,both the average delivery time and the verification time were significantly shortened.It can be seen that there was a significant difference(P<0.05)before and after the application of the management system,indicating statistical significance.7.After the implementation of the information management,there were significant differences in the integrity of the visit sheet records,the time and record of the blood transfusion verification,as well as the number of abnormal specimens,etc.It could be seen that there were significant differences(P<0.05)before and after the application of the management system,indicating statistical significance.Conclusion: After the application of the operating room information system,the working efficiency,nursing quality and management level of the operating room are improved obviously,indicating that the system has the value of popularization.
