The aging of the population is one of the important issues to be solved in the social and economic development of our country,and it is a social problem that is hard to reverse in the short term.In this context,the health status of the elderly is particularly important,but in daily life,the elderly have a higher probability of accidental injury,especially fall injury.The fall injury of the elderly is easy to cause physical and mental injury and affect the quality of life,so it is very important to study the prevention of fall injury in the elderly.In this paper,literature,testing,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other methods,on the basis of previous studies,to explore the role of physical exercise on the prevention of elderly fall injury and its improvement mechanism.The results are as follows: 1(1)The decline of balance ability is the key factor for the elderly to fall down.The injuries caused by falls in the elderly are mostly fractures and the negative effects caused by fractures.Taijiquan and dance exercises are considered by most scholars to be suitable for the elderly.Long term regular Taijiquan and dance exercises can reduce the risk of falls and injuries of the elderly.(2)The results of the experiment show that the elderly people who have the habit of physical exercise are less likely to fall down;specifically,Taijiquan can significantly improve the balance function of the elderly,and dance exercises can significantly enhance the bone strength of the elderly;long term Taijiquan exercise can better prevent falls,and long-term dance exercise can make the elderly fall after a fall Have strong ability to resist injury.(3)Among the female aged 60-69,the years of Taijiquan exercise and age are the important factors affecting the balance function.Among them,there are some rules in the test indexes of controlling body shaking and adjusting balance ability: test index(mm / s)=-20.452 + 0.383 × age-0.063 × years.However,this model only has reference significance under limited conditions,and the specific universal law needs to be further investigated by increasing the number of subjects.Conclusion Taijiquan is the most effective way to prevent the elderly from falling down.But generally speaking,Taijiquan has a wider audience,higher safety and more significant effect,which is the best way to promote sports intervention on the health problems of the elderly.This paper has 1 picture,15 tables and 92 references.
