| Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Haima Bushen Zhuangyang pill in the treatment of idiopathic oligozoospermia with kidney yang deficiency,and to explore its mechanism.Methods: 126 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(63 cases)and control group(63 cases).The treatment group was given Haima Bushen Zhuangyang pill orally,the control group was given clomiphene orally,the treatment cycle of both groups were 12 weeks.At the end of the treatment cycle,the pregnancy rate of the spouses of the two groups,the TCM syndrome score,sperm concentration,total sperm count,serum T,FSH,LH level and other relevant data before and after the treatment were observed and compared to evaluate the treatment effect and clinical safety of the two groups.Results:(1)In the treatment group,3 cases fell off and the remaining 60 cases.Among them,10 cases were cured,16 cases were significantly effective,21 cases were effective and 13 cases were ineffective;in the control group,4 cases fell off and 59 cases remained.Among them,3 cases were cured,16 cases were significantly effective,14 cases were effective and 26 cases were ineffective.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).(2)The pregnancy rate of the spouses of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).(3)After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups decreased,the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant.(4)After treatment,the sperm concentration and the total number of sperm in the two groups increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(5)After treatment,the levels of serum T,FSH and LH in the two groups were all increased.The difference of serum T between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between serum FSH and LH(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Haima Bushen Zhuangyang pill can improve the pregnancy rate,sperm concentration,total sperm count,serum T,FSH,LH levels of the spouses of the patients with idiopathic oligozoospermia of kidney yang deficiency type,improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine caused by kidney yang deficiency.Haima Bushen Zhuangyang pill is nontoxic,safe and effective. |
