| Research purpose:By referring to the literature, discuss the characteristics of ancient and modern medical experts on the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding during the menopausal transition period from the perspective of the spleen, and analyze the relationship between the spleen and abnormal uterine bleeding during the menopausal transition period;by following the clinical practice of the mentor, the clinical experience of the mentor in treating abnormal uterine bleeding during menopausal transition was summarized.Research methods:By searching the "CNKI" literature database and using "spleen deficiency syndrome" and "menopausal abnormal uterine bleeding" as the search terms,we collected 5 articles on TCM treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding in the menopausal transition period in the past ten years, analyze the theoretical basis and clinical research of ancient and modern medical doctors to treat the disease, and separately elaborate the internal relationship between the physiological function of the spleen and related organs such as qi and blood, reproductive axis, liver and kidney, analysis of abnormal uterine bleeding and spleen-related etiology and pathogenesis in the transition period of menopause.2.In the practice of clinical follow-up,collect the clinical medical records about the disease, and organize and analyze them;3.Through the summary of the clinical experience of the instructor, the main points of syndrome differentiation, treatment methods and medicinal characteristics of the disease are proposed, and the corresponding abnormal uterine bleeding medical records are enumerated to achieve the combination of theory and practice.Research results:1.The etiology and pathogenesis of abnormal uterine bleeding in women’s menopausal transition period is the impairment of the physiological functions of the viscera and Maladjustment of Chong Ren Qi and blood;2.According to the physiological function of the spleen,it has important links with the various links of the reproductive axis of the kidney-tiangui-chongren-uterine,It can also interact with the liver and kidney to affect women’s menstruation, therefore, the role and status of the spleen in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding during menopausal transition are theoretically clarified;3.In the clinical experience of treating the abnormal uterine bleeding in the transitional period of menopause from the spleen, the tutor takes the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine as the guiding ideology and treats the syndromes as the characteristics,It is believed that the dialectical methods of abnormal uterine bleeding during menopausal transition are Visceral syndrome differentiation, etiology differentiation,qi and blood syndrome differentiation, summarized the five representative syndrome types of the mentor in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding during menopausal transition.Namely:Spleen deficiency syndrome,Qi deficiency syndrome,Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency Syndrome,Spleen and Kidney Qi Deficiency, debility of chong and ren channels,Syndrome of deficiency of Chong and Ren,cold and stasis, summed up the syndrome characteristics of each syndrome type, syndrome differentiation points, and other main contents, respectively, using Guipi decoction,Buzhong Yiqi decoction,Xiaoyao San plus or minus,Gu Chong decoction,Jingui Wenjing decoction for treatment, finally attached typical examples of clinical medical cases, achieved better results,so as to integrate theory with practice.Research conclusion:Spleen is closely related to female reproductive axis,it can directly damage Chong Ren and cause irregular menstruation,it can also cause menstruation loss due to the same disease with liver and kidney.Instructor starts with spleen,Focusing on the theoretical basis and clinical research of dialectical treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding in the transition period of menopause from spleen theory,The deepening in theory and clinical expansion have enriched the content of treating the abnormal uterine bleeding during menopause transition from the spleen. |
