| The emergency department,as a window of the hospital with extremely high requirements for efficiency,may directly reflect the operation and management level of the entire hospital.So how to improve the operation and management level of the entire hospital,starting from the emergency department,maybe it’is a good starting point.The emergency service process,as the management basis of the emergency department,is very important to its attention and optimization capabilities.With the gradual advancement of clinical pathway management in Chinese hospitals in recent years,Zhejiang Taizhou Hospital is also actively responding.But the emphasis on emergency centers is relatively lower than that of other clinical departments,leading to frequent changes in the clinical pathway management of emergency centers.Certainly not the original intention of implementing clinical pathway management.To a certain extent,the management of clinical pathways is also the management of service processes,so how to optimize the emergency service process of Zhejiang Taizhou Hospital based on the perspective of clinical pathway management is the main idea and task of this paper.According to the above status and background,the research of this article is mainly based on the theoretical combing of emergency service process optimization.In order to understand the problems existing in the emergency service process in Taizhou,Zhejiang,first,the requirements of clinical pathway management are taken as the entry point of the research,combined with the specific status of the hospital,from the patient,condition,hospital,and other four dimensions,the emergency service in Taizhou,Zhejiang The common problems in the process were sorted out,and possible incentives were sorted out based on practical experience;on this basis,according to the needs of hospital clinical path management,a questionnaire was designed,and the emergency department of Zhejiang Taizhou Hospital,including other related departments,was investigated.Further analysis obtains the main inducements leading to the variation of clinical path in the emergency service process.Finally,on the basis of the analysis results,combined with the requirements of clinical pathway management,from the "pre-hospital link","in-hospital link","post-hospital link",targeted process optimization measures,"pre-hospital link" are proposed.Introduced the approach of information technology,the "in-hospital link" optimized the process sequence measures,and the "post-hospital link" optimized rational allocation of resources.After the optimization of these measures,the final "optimized emergency service process after integration" was formed.Compared with the original process,the optimized process can effectively use emergency medical resources,improve the efficiency of emergency service processes,and improve patient satisfaction,so as to improve the efficiency of the service process of the whole hospital.Finally,the organization,technology,training and other safeguard measures are put forward on how to implement the optimized service process.The research results of this paper have certain reference significance for Zhejiang Taizhou Hospital and medical institutions similar to Zhejiang Taizhou Hospital. |
