Research On Cultivation Of Scientific Research And Innovation Ability Of TCM Graduate Students

"Traditional Chinese medicine is the treasure of ancient Chinese science and the key to the treasure house of Chinese civilization."The CPC central committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core attaches great importance to the development of traditional Chinese medicine.The report to the 18th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)proposed to support the development of traditional Chinese medicine and ethnic medicine.The postgraduate education of traditional Chinese medicine provides the talent support and core strength for the inheritance,innovation and development of traditional Chinese medicine.At present,with the social development and scientific and technological progress,the people’s demand for medical and health services has been further improved,and the country’s demand for innovative talents in scientific research of traditional Chinese medicine is increasingly high.Cultivating the research thinking and ability of Chinese medicine graduate students is the requirement of the development of Chinese medicine higher education and the main task of the innovation and development of Chinese medicine.From 2015,the state adopted the strategy of "psychiatry synergy",Chinese medicine professional degree graduate students clinical thinking and ability to continue to focus on the cultivation of the problem,at the same time,institutions of higher learning for the cultivation of the graduate student scientific research ability of same,and the fusion of "science and education,cooperative education" education new idea to cultivate TCM graduates offers a new Angle of view,scientific research ability in training high quality talents of traditional Chinese medicine scientific thinking,scientific spirit and scientific research ability is of great significance.This study used cooperation at first,this paper expounds the science and education combined with education,talents of Chinese medicine,scientific research ability,such as concept,found that the collaborative education education concept is not enough,training programs need to be further optimized,practice teaching effect is not obvious,the lack of supervision and evaluation mechanism,science and education combined with the collaborative education implementation does not reach the designated position of each link,such problems as imperfect evaluation system;Then through the analysis of the specific practice of the cultivation of legal talents in the United States,Germany and Japan,it summarizes the reference and inspiration to China.Finally,from the three-dimensional perspective of the concept goal,mechanism system and platform environment,the author studied the countermeasures for the cultivation of agriculture-related legal talents combining science and education,and put forward five Suggestions:unify the thought and deepen the concept of science and education combining with collaborative education;We will increase investment to build a platform for education that combines science and education with collaborative education.Deepen the reform and build the mechanism of combining science and education with collaborative education;Overall planning and coordination,the construction of scientific organizational system guarantee;To create an atmosphere,the establishment of science and education combined with the cultivation of collaborative environment.
