In 2020,COVID-19 had a serious impact on the development of the logistics industry.At the same time,it also put forward higher requirements for the emergency logistics response system.Under the epidemic situation,the problems of emergency logistics in China,such as disordered transportation,high cost of social security and incomplete material reserves,deserve our attention.Emergency logistics,as a logistics activity,plays a special role in organizing personnel,dispatching materials and coordinating security when emergencies come,which can provide important reference and guidance for dealing with public health emergencies.Therefore,how to build a relatively complete emergency logistics response system and form a rapid response of personnel organization and material support has become a hot issue in the community.This thesis focuses on the problems exposed in the emergency logistics system during the outbreak of the epidemic,combined with the current situation of emergency logistics,discusses how the emergency logistics system should deal with the occurrence of public health events under the new situation.At the same time,the emergency logistics command system,operation mechanism,support system and material management process are further explored.At the same time,through the analysis of the actual situation of material distribution in the Third-class hospital of Jinan City,aiming at the characteristics of weak economy and urgency of time constraint reflected in the emergency logistics of public health events,the vehicle routing problem model is constructed,and the model is solved by MATLAB software,so as to obtain the optimal material distribution scheme.In order to provide an important reference for the construction of emergency logistics response system to deal with public health emergencies in China. |
