Development Of BK Virus Infection After Renal Transplantation And Its Influencing Factors

ObjectiveDynamic monitoring of peripheral blood routine,blood biochemistry and lymphocyte subsets in renal transplant recipients and exploring the influencing factors of BK virus infection after renal transplantation.Methods1.A retrospective analysis of hemoglobin levels,white blood cells,platelets,creatinine,albumin,Lym、T、CD4、CD8、B、NK、CD4CD25、Treg、CD4CD8、CD4-CD8-、NKT、CD56CD16、CD56dim CD16、CD56CD16dim,in patients undergoing first affiliated renal transplantation center of Zhengzhou University from January 2016 to December 2018 7days and 3 months after operation As of December 31,2018,Based on B of hematuria K virus infection was divided into two groups: A(hematuria BK positive,blood BK positive,urine positive)and B(hematuria negative).The factors affecting the infection of patients after renal transplantation were explored,and according to the observation index of 3 months after operation,whether the virus infection occurred at 1 year after operation was predicted.Results1.In 480 cases,Men :330:150 women,The average age was 35.1±10.9(7.0～61.0)years,Mean height 167.89±11.73(53～185)cm,;and Mean body weight 66.02±12.30(12～95)kg.One week after operation,3 months after Lym,3 months after T,3 months after CD4,3 months after CD8,3months after NK,3 months after CD4CD25,3 months after CD4CD8,3months after double negative,3 months after NKT,3 months after Three months after operation,three months after CD56 dim CD16 and three months after CD56CD16 dim have important effects on BK virus infection in posttransplant recipients,among which three months after operation have predictive effect on 1 year BK infection Conclusion1.After operation,routine examination of blood routine,blood biochemistry and lymphocyte subsets can predict whether the recipient is infected with BK virus,which has important guiding value for early intervention and treatment...
