| Objective:The purpose of this thesis is to make a qualitative and quantitative study on the influencing factors of decision-making transformation of drug clinical comprehensive evaluation,understand the status quo of cognition of pharmacists on clinical comprehensive evaluation of drugs in medical institutions,analyze the influencing factors of drug clinical comprehensive evaluation decision-making transformation,and explore how to construct the working mechanism of clinical comprehensive evaluation of drugs,promote the development of clinical comprehensive evaluation of drugs,and put forward relevant policy suggestions,in order to promote clinical rational drug use,enrich the theory and practice system of drug clinical comprehensive evaluation decision transformation.Methods:On the basis of literature research,expert consultation and interviews with key insiders,this study summarized the influencing factors of drug clinical comprehensive evaluation decision-making transformation,and designed a questionnaire to investigate the influencing factors of decision transformation in clinical comprehensive evaluation of drugs among pharmaceutical staff in medical institutions.The data obtained are analyzed by IBM SPSS statistics 26.0,the factor analysis method is used to reduce the dimension and explain the factors,then the regression model is used to fit to determine the degree of each influencing factor.Results:A total of 176 questionnaires were collected.The results of this study are mainly the analysis of the cognitive status of clinical comprehensive evaluation of drugs and the influencing factors of decision-making transformation.The principal component factor analysis extracted 5 common factors which greatly influenced drug clinical comprehensive evaluation decision-making transformation.Those factors in descending order of impact degree were decision demand factor,institutional support factor,communication factor,academic transformation factor,communication form factor(the standard coefficient was 0.57,0.53,0.46,0.32,0.28,respectively).Conclusions:Based on the results of the study,opinions and suggestions were made from constructing the decision-making and transformation mechanism of clinical comprehensive evaluation of drugs in China.It is suggested to build a scientific decision-making mechanism for clinical comprehensive evaluation of drugs based on the demand of decision-making;increase the investment in the construction of clinical comprehensive evaluation system of drugs and establish a support mechanism for evaluation decision-making;strengthen the communication and communication in the process of evaluation and strengthen the communication andcooperation mechanism;establish a release system for the results of clinical comprehensive evaluation of drugs to promote academic transformation and multi form dissemination. |
