Objective:In this study, the amplitude and frequency detected under the electrogastrogram were used as objective indicators to observe the immediate regulation effect of acupuncture at the single(left)and bilateral Zusanli points for 40 minutes after a meal on gastric motility disorders. In addition, acupuncture single(left)side and bilateral Zusanli points for 40 minutes before meals were added to compare the effects of single(left)side and bilateral acupoint selection and retention time on gastric motility. Methods: The 17 patients who met the inclusion criteria were treated with three interventions(no acupuncture after meal, acupuncture on the left Zusanli after meal, and acupuncture on both Zusanli after meal).Among them,11 patients added two additional interventions(Fasting acupuncture on the left Zusanli and fasting acupuncture on both sides of Zusanli),one at a time, the order of intervention is randomly determined, and the interval between different intervention methods for the same patient must be at least 48 hours. The amplitude and frequency of the stomach at multiple time points were measured by electrogastrogram(time interval:10min),and the gastric motility within 40 minutes of postprandial acupuncture single(left)and bilateral Zusanli needles were explored, and the pre-meal acupuncture list(Left)Side and bilateral Zusanli needles were retained for 40 minutes.Observation indicators were the same after meals.Use statistical methods to analyze the instant adjustment effects of different intervention methods on gastric motility disorders, and summarize the laws.Results:1.Comparison of gastric electrical amplitude and frequency at each time point in the single(left)side and bilateral Zusanli group after meal with no acupuncture after meal, the results show:The amplitude of acupuncture for 30 minutes in the single(left)Zusanli group increased significantly after meal(P < 0.05);The other groups were compared with no acupuncture after meal(P > 0.05).2.There was no significant difference in the amplitude and frequency of postprandial acupuncture on the single(left)side and bilateral Zusanli groups(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in the amplitude and frequency of acupuncture on the single(left)side and bilateral Zusanli groups before meals(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Both the single(left)side and the bilateral Zusanli group can produce certain contraction and peristalsis on the stomach, which has a certain significance for the recovery of gastric motility;2.Compared with the single(left)side Zusanli, the effect of acupuncture on both sides of the Zusanli on the gastric motility of patients with functional dyspepsia did not show a significant advantage, suggesting that acupuncture treatment of this disease can consider unilateral Zusanli.
