| Objective:Acupoint selection is one of the important factors in acupuncture treatment.Acupoint combination is selected for acupuncture therapy and merger in clinical practice. This study was designed to examine the correlation between acupoint compatibility and curative effect. The EEG differences in patients with functional dyspepsia(FD)without acupuncture, acupuncture at Neiguan, acupuncture at Zusanli, acupuncture at Neiguan combined with Zusanli were recorded and analyzed, and the rules were summarized. To provide data reference for clinical acupuncture and moxibustion.Method:The 17 included patients were treated with four interventions:no acupuncture, acupuncture Neiguan, acupuncture Zu Sanli, and acupuncture Neiguan combined with Zu Sanli. The sequence of interventions was randomly determined, with at least a 48 hour interval between the three interventions for each patient. In the four groups, continuous and steady EEG was recorded for 5min in the fasting state before the standard meal and 40min in the non-acupuncture or acupuncture state after the meal.Statistical methods were used to analyze the changes of the EEG data under the four intervention methods and to explore the rules.Result:1.There were statistical differences in the changes of gastric electrical frequency(△f)between the acupuncture group(B,C,D group)and the non-acupuncture group(A group)(P<0.05).The postprandial values of the non-acupuncture group increased, while most of the postprandial values of the acupuncture group decreased.Within 40 minutes after meal,(?)acupuncture group<(?)non-acupuncture group. The standard deviation of the acupuncture group was lower, the corresponding fluctuation of the frequency polyline is also shown.2.Pairwise comparison of △f value of gastric antrum 30’after Chinese food in groups B,C and D(compared with non-acupuncture group P<0.05)showed P≥0.05.The absolute value of the mean value of group F corresponding to B,C and D can be expressed as:(?).3.The amplitude change values(△A)of groups B,C and D were compared with those of the non-acupuncture group, and most of the results showed P<0.05.The average amplitude of postprandial in most non-acupuncture groups was lower than that before prandial, and the average amplitude of postprandial in all acupuncture groups was greater than that before prandial. At 30’ postprandial, the average amplitude of postprandial gastric electricity in non-acupuncture group was greater than that before prandial.4.The difference of A value of stomach body at 10’postprandial between Zusanli group(group C)and two acupoint group(group D)was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the corresponding stomach body:(?).The A value of 30’ postprandial gastric body in Neiguan group(group B)and Zu Sanli group(group C)was P<0.05,corresponding(?).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture slowed down the frequency of postprandial gastric movement. However, the regularity of gastric electric rhythm was improved and the contractility was enhanced. It suggests that acupuncture can improve the movement efficiency of the stomach.2.Preliminary results:Compared with single left Zu Sanli and single left Neiguan, the combination of left Zu Sanli and left Neiguan has no obvious advantage in the influence of postprandial gastric movement in FD patients. It is suggested that the compatibility of acupuncture points to regulate gastric motor function in patients with FD needs further study to draw a clearer conclusion. |
