| In recent years,people’s living standards have been continuously improved,and the aging of our country’s population has become more and more serious.The elderly were also paying more and more attention to medical care and nursing.The problem of population aging has brought tremendous pressure to our country’s medical care resources and traditional old-age care models.The current supply of medical care resources could no longer meet the needs of customers,the traditional elderly care functions were gradually weakened,and the operating costs were high,which was an urgent problem that China’s social elderly care need to solve.A new model of home care and elderly care services has been developed in recent years.This model usually took hospitals,communities and nursing companies as the main body,and the nursing center assigns professional nursing staff to provide medical and health services.Home care services enabled customers to enjoy professional and customized medical services at home,which help ease the occupation of medical resources for employees and at the same time reduce the pressure on the elderly.This article mainly studied the path planning of nursing staff in home nursing service,took nursing center,nursing staff and customer sites as the main research objects.All nursing staff served customers according to the route planned by the nursing center,and returned to the nursing center after the service was completed.From the perspectives of care centers and customers,a dual-objective model was established to minimize the total cost of care center services and maximize customer satisfaction in order to minimize the total cost of care center services and maximize customer satisfaction for the daily scheduling of home medical care personnel.In actual service,taking into account the occurrence of dynamic information such as the increase and decrease of customers during the service process,the change of service time window,the level of demand for nursing staff,etc.,the dynamic family nursing staff scheduling model was extended and established on the basis of the static family nursing staff scheduling model,Through rolling time domain settings,introducing virtual client points to transform dynamic nursing staff scheduling into static scheduling problems,using genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm combined to design a hybrid genetic simulated annealing algorithm for optimal solution.The results of related calculation examples and the comparative analysis of the three algorithms show the effectiveness of the dynamic scheduling model and algorithm design established in this paper. |
