Effect Of Tongqiaohuouxe Decoction On Hemorheology After Subarachnoid Hemorrhage

ObjectiveSubarachnoid hemorrhage is a kind of acute and severe neurological disease with high morbidity and disability rate.Cerebrovascular spasm is a common complication.This study explored the clinical effect of tongqiaohuouxe Decoction in the treatment of subarachnoid Hemorrhage,and its influence on hemorheology and mean flow velocity of the middle cerebral artery,and provided an effective treatment for the treatment of patients with subarachnoid Hemorrhage.Methods60 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage diagnosed clinically and by CT in our department were randomly divided into treatment group and control group at a ratio of1:1.Control group only with western medicine comprehensive treatment,according to the illness,discretionary choice treatment group of patients are admitted to hospital after treatment began to treated,begin to understand method taking: tongqiaohuouxe Decoction after a meal,can be used in patients with dysphagia,nasointestinal tube or gastric tube feeding into the way,applying two weeks in a row,on the basis of using western medicine comprehensive therapy stimultaneously.Hemorheology examination and mean cerebral artery blood flow velocity were performed before and after treatment for two weeks in 2 groups,and the data were compared and the relationship between the two groups was determined basing on the data.Results1.Before treatment,the whole blood viscosity and erythrocyte sedimentation rate of the 2 groups were higher than the reference value,and there was no statistical significance in the comparison of hemorheology indexes between the 2 groups before treatment(P >0.05).After treatment,the whole blood viscosity and erythrocyte sedimentation rate of the two groups decreased,and the whole blood viscosity and erythrocyte sedimentation rate of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference of hemorheology indexes between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intra-group comparison before and after treatment in the treatment group showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05),while the intra-group comparison before and after treatment in the control group showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05).2.two groups of patients with day 1,day 7 mean flow velocity of the middle cerebral artery contrast difference between groups have no statistical significance(P > 0.05),the average day 10 mean flow velocity of the middle cerebral artery contrast differences between groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the treatment group,control group day 1,day 7,day 10 mean flow velocity of the middle cerebral artery contrast in the group difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05)Conclusions1.The treatment of subarachnoid hemorrhage with tongqiao Huoxue Decoction can promote the recovery of hemorheology in the patients;2.Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of subarachnoid hemorrhage can relieve the cerebrovascular rate after subarachnoid hemorrhage.
