| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Liqitongjiangxiezhuo Decoction in the treatment of Chronic Kidney Disease(CKD)at stage 3-5 through clinical research,and to clarify the characteristics and advantages of Harmonizing the stomach,regulating qi and reducing turbidity method in the treatment of chronic kidney disease in Chinese medicine.Methods:A total of 60 CKD patients who met the inclusion criteria were screened and divided into a control group of 30 cases and a test group of 30 cases by randomization,with an 8-week course of treatment.While both groups were given basic western medicine treatment,the control group was added with Niaoduqing Granules,and the test group was added with Liqitongjiangxiezhuo Decoction.The clinical symptoms,signs,and laboratory indicators(kidney function,hemoglobin,Serum albumin,24-hour urine protein quantification,blood lipids)and safety indicators,and quantitative scores of TCM syndrome integrals,to explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Hewei Regulating Qi and Lowering Turbidity Method in the treatment of CKD.Results:A total of 60 patients were included in this study.During the experiment,2 cases were eliminated from the control group and 1 case from the experimental group.In fact,complete data of 57 patients were collected.There were 28 cases in the control group and 29 cases in the experimental group.Comparison of various indicators before and after treatment The following results are obtained:(1)The comprehensive curative effect of chronic kidney disease;the effective rate of the control group is 71.43%,and the effective rate of the test group is 89.66%.After the rank sum test,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),and the test group is better than the control group.(2)The efficacy of TCM syndromes: the control group has an effective rate of 67.86%,and the experimental group has an effective rate of 82.76%.After the rank sum test,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),and the experimental group is better than the control group.(3)Comparison between the two groups before and after treatment:glomerular filtration rate,serum albumin and hemoglobin were higher than before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);blood creatinine,urea nitrogen,cystatin C,The 24-hour urine protein and blood lipids were lower than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Comparing the two groups after treatment,the glomerular filtration rate and serum albumin of the test group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The test group’s blood creatinine,urea nitrogen and cystatin were significantly higher than those in the control group.Stastatin C and 24-hour urine protein were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The test group was better than the control group;there was no statistical difference between the two groups after treatment in hemoglobin and blood lipids(P>0.05)Conclusion: The method of Hewei Regulating Qi and Lowering Turbidity in the treatment of chronic kidney disease of stage 3-5 has good curative effect on gastric loss and lowering and turbidity and internal obstruction syndrome.It has certain advantages in improving the clinical symptoms and renal function of traditional Chinese medicine,and its clinical safety High sex,no adverse reactions. |
