Clinical Research On Wumei Pill Plus Or Minus In Treatment Of Diabetic Lower-Extremity Vascular Disease With The Cold-and-Hot Mixed Type

Objective:To discuss the features and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Diabetic lower-extremity vascular disease(DLEVD)by observing and analyzing the efficacy and safety of Wumei pill plus or minus in the treatment of cold-and-hot mixed type of Diabetic lower-extremity vascular disease(DLEVD).To develop new ideas for clinical treatment of such diseases.Methods:64 patients with DLEVD were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were given health education,diet control,regular exercise and hypoglycemic drugs.The control group was given anti-platelet drug Aspirin enteric-coated tablet and lipid-stabilizing plaque drug Atorvastatin calcium tablet,while the observation group was given Wumei pill plus or minus on the basis of the control group.Both groups took4 weeks as a course of treatment,and observed 3 courses of treatment,and then evaluated the efficacy.Observed two groups of patients before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral,fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2h PG),glycated hemoglobin(Hb A1c)level,total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein in chesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein in chesterol(HDL-C),plasma fibrinogen(Fib),ankle brachial index(ABI)and the change of the double lower limb arterial doppler ultrasound Integral,the related data by SPSS 21.0(IBM America)software for data analysis,evaluate its comprehensive effect.Results:The TCM syndrome score,blood glucose,blood lipid level,plasma fibrinogen,ankle-brachial index and arterial Doppler ultrasound score of both lower limbs in 2 groups were significantly improved after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05).Except for Hb A1 c and HDL-C,after treatment,the curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.There was no obvious adverse reaction during the observation period,and the safety was good.Conclusion:Wumei pill plus or minus can significantly reduce the TCM syndrome score and the double lower limb arterial Doppler ultrasound score of patients with DLEVD,and effectively improve the patients’ blood glucose,blood lipid level,plasma fibrinogen and ankle-brachial index.The efficacy is definite,and there is no obvious adverse reaction during the medication,which is worthy of further clinical study and promotion.
