Qinggan Xiehuo Decoction For Treatment Of Hyperthyroidism Clinical Observation Of Anxiety State

Objective:For patients with hyperthyroidism and anxiety status Qinggan Xi ehuo decoction was given to evaluate the therapeutic effect by observing the improvement of clinical symptoms and the changes of laboratory indexe s before and after treatment.To study the clinical effects of traditiona l Chinese medicine on hyperthyroidism and anxiety.Methods:In this study,68 patients with hyperthyroidism anxiety who were selected as "hyperactivity of heart-fire and liver-fire " were randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group.The control group was treated with methimazole,and the experimental groupadded Qinggan Xiehuo Decoction for 4 weeks.and the thyroid hormone levels were measured before and after treatment,the scores of anxiety scale and TCM syndromes were recorded and compared.Results:After treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group in improving anxiety state,thyroid hormone level and TCM syndrome score,and had statistical significance.In the course of observation and treatment,there were one cases of leukopenia and two case of abnormal liver function in the control group,one case of leukopenia in the treatment group.Conclusion: After four weeks of treatment,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Qinggan Xiehuo decoction combined with methimazole treatment could reduce the TCM syndrome score of hyperthyreosis with depression syndrome better than that of methimidazole alone.Improve the state of anxiety and maintain normal thyroid function.
