| Objective: Observe the clinical efficacy of Buyang Jiedu Huayu Recipe in the treatment of chronic liver failure(CLF);and explore its influence on the pathogenesis of chronic liver failure from the perspective of inflammatory factors.Methods: Patients with chronic liver failure who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number table method.The control group and the treatment group each had 30 cases.The control group received comprehensive treatment with Western medicine,and the treatment group received Buyang Jiedu Huayu Decoction combined with Western medicine Comprehensive treatment,the observation period is 8 weeks.By observing the 8-week mortality rate of patients with chronic liver failure,liver function(TBi L,AST,ALT,ALB),PTA,MELD score,TCM syndrome score,TNF-α,IL-6 levels,to evaluate Buyang Jiedu Huayu Recipe Clinical efficacy for patients with chronic liver failure.Results:(1)After treatment,compared with before treatment,in the control group after 8 weeks of treatment,4 cases were markedly effective(13.34),10 cases were effective(33.33),7 cases were ineffective(23.33),and 9 cases died(30).In the treatment group,7 cases(23.33)were effective and 14 cases(46.67)were effective,4 cases were ineffective(13.33),and 5 cases died(16.67).The effective rate of the treatment group was compared with that of the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The overall clinical efficacy of the treatment group is better than the control group.(2)Compared with the control group,the liver function TBi L,AST and ALT of the two groups of patients were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and PTA was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Compared with before and after treatment,the level of ALB was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.(3)Compared with the control group,the total scores of TCM syndromes and MELD scores of the two groups of patients in the treatment group decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.(4)Compared with the control group,the serum TNF-α and IL-6 levels of the two groups of patients were significantly reduced after treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions:(1)The combined treatment of Buyang Jiedu Huayu Decoction and Western medicine can improve the liver function and coagulation function of patients with chronic liver failure,increase the survival rate of patients,and reduce the mortality rate.(2)Buyang Jiedu Huayu Decoction combined with integrated western medicine can help to reduce the levels of pro-inflammatory factors TNF-α and IL-6.The effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is better than that of western medicine alone.The possible mechanism is related to reducing the body’s inflammatory response.. |
