| Objective:This study collected and sorted out the medical records of cancer-related fatigue after the treatment of lung cancer by well-known Chinese medicine practitioners after radiotherapy and chemotherapy,Use relevant data mining technology to explore the drug rule of traditional Chinese medicine to treat cancer-related fatigue after lung cancer radiotherapy and chemotherapy,explore the differentiating views and treatment ideas of famous Chinese medicine doctors for cancer-related fatigue after lung cancer radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and provide Chinese medicine treatment of lung cancer after radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Cancer-related fatigue provides a reference and guidance in scientific research,which can better assist the radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment of lung cancer patients in clinical practice,and improve the quality of life of lung cancer patients after radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods:By collecting medical records of well-known Chinese medicine practitioners in the treatment of cancer-related fatigue after radiotherapy and chemotherapy for lung cancer that meet the inclusion criteria,establish an initial database of cancer-related fatigue medical records after lung cancer radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and include symptoms and syndrome types in medical records that meet the criteria for inclusion,The prescription(including the composition of the medicine,the four Qi and five flavors of the medicine,and the meridian return)are entered into the initial database.Use related data mining technology to explore and analyze the syndromes,pathogenesis,factors and medication rules,so as to summarize the dialectical viewpoints and medication rules of the famous traditional Chinese medicine doctors in the treatment of cancer-related fatigue after radiotherapy and chemotherapy of lung cancer.Results:According to statistical analysis:(1)Symptoms:The more frequent symptoms of cancer-related fatigue after radiotherapy and chemotherapy for lung cancer include fatigue,coughing,lack of food,chest tightness,fatigue,shortness of breath,dry mouth,dry stool,and sweating.Wait.The more frequent pulse conditions of the tongue coating are red tongue,pale red tongue,thin yellow coating,thin white coating,thin coating,white and greasy coating,white coating,stringy pulse,thin pulse,heavy pulse and so on.The association rule analysis of symptoms shows that symptoms such as fatigue,coughing,fatigue,and lack of appetite often appear at the same time.These symptoms indicate to a certain extent that cancer-related fatigue after radiotherapy and chemotherapy for lung cancer has symptoms of lung and spleen deficiency.TCM syndrome differentiation can be summarized as Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome,lung and spleen Qi deficiency syndrome,spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness syndrome,lung and kidney deficiency syndrome,phlegm stasis toxin syndrome,spleen and stomach weakness syndrome,phlegm-heat stagnation syndrome,qi and blood deficiency syndrome,lung and stomach Yin injury syndrome.In the connection between the treatment plan and the related syndrome types,the syndrome types of the radiotherapy treatment plan are mostly related to the deficiency of qi and yin,the deficiency of liver and kidney,the syndrome of spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness,and the syndrome of phlegm-heat blocking the lung;it is related to platinum-based chemotherapy Among the syndrome types related to the scheme,most of the syndrome types are related to the spleen and stomach,including the lung-spleen-qi deficiency syndrome,the spleen-gastric weakness syndrome,the spleen deficiency-dampness syndrome,the lung-stomach yin injury syndrome,and the phlegm-stasis-toxin syndrome.(2)In terms of pathogenesis and syndrome factors:According to the correlation analysis of pathogenesis and syndrome factors,the pathogenesis factors involved are lung,spleen,kidney,stomach,liver,and gallbladder.Deficiency syndromes among disease syndromes are qi deficiency,blood deficiency,yin deficiency,yang deficiency and related viscera deficiency(mainly lung,spleen,and kidney).The solid disease elements are phlegm,blood stasis,heat,toxin,dampness and qi stagnation.It can be seen that the famous old Chinese doctors believe that the disease is mostly in the lungs,spleen and kidneys,and the disease is mixed with deficiency and excess.Among them,the deficiency of both qi and yin and the combination of phlegm and poison are more common.(3)It can be concluded from the analysis of the medications for the treatment of this disease that the characteristics of the treatment are to emphasize on invigorating deficiency,supplemented by attacking evil.The main principle of treatment of this disease is based on the premise of invigorating deficiency,supplemented by clearing heat and detoxification,resolving phlegm,relieving cough and asthma,diuresis and dampness,strengthening the spleen,promoting qi and eliminating food.Through the analysis of the characteristics and flavors of traditional Chinese medicines,the traditional Chinese medicines used are mostly cold,mild,and flat;the tastes are mostly sweet,bitter,and pungent;the drugs are mostly attributed to the lung,spleen,and stomach.Through the analysis of drug association rules,42 association rules were obtained,and 8 clustering squares were obtained in the k-means cluster analysis.Conclusion:In the understanding of cancer-related fatigue after lung cancer radiotherapy and chemotherapy,famous traditional Chinese doctors believe that the disease is mostly caused by long-term illness and physical weakness or external evil.,The lungs,spleen and kidneys are the multiple responsibilities of the disease,and multiple diseases are mixed with deficiency and excess.Among them,deficiency of both qi and yin and phlegm toxin are more common.The analysis of related medical records through data mining technology,and the relatively objective statistical analysis of the characteristics of the relevant syndromes and the rules of drug use,have certain help to the inheritance and development of Chinese medicine. |
