| Objective: To preliminarily explore the clinical therapeutic effect of Yaotongkang combined with percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures and the biochemical markers of bone turnover,type I procollagen N-terminal propeptide(PINP)and serum I through observation Type collagen cross-linking C-terminal peptide(CTX)changes to provide clinical evidence.Methods: A collection of 64 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures in the Spine Surgery Ward of the Orthopedics and Traumatology Center of Qingdao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into observation group A,32 cases and control B Group 32 cases.Both groups were treated with unilateral PVP,routine anti-infective treatment was given after the operation,and calcium carbonate D3 tablets were taken orally after the operation.On the basis of group B,group A was given Yaotongkang,a prescription for spine surgery in Qingdao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,orally for 3 months.Observe the changes in clinical efficacy,VAS score,ODI score,and two bone turnover indicators of PINP and CTX before treatment,one week after treatment,one month after treatment,and three months after treatment in the two groups of patients,and further analysis of Yaotongkang combined with PVP treatment The correlation of biochemical markers of bone turnover in OVCF patients.Results:1.The general information of the two groups of patients,such as gender,age,bone density,and preoperative observation data VAS,ODI,CTX,and PINP,were statistically analyzed and compared(P>0.05),and there was no statistical difference,and they were comparable.2.The VAS scores of the two groups of patients were significantly reduced one week after treatment,one month after treatment,and three months after treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant;the two groups of patients were compared between groups in VAS one week after treatment(P>0.05),No statistical significance;comparison between VAS groups one month and three months after treatment(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.3.The ODI scores of the two groups of patients were significantly reduced one week,one month,and three months after treatment(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant;the two groups of patients were compared between groups of ODI one week after treatment(P > 0.05),no statistics Significance: The two groups of patients were compared with ODI one month and three months after treatment,(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.4.The PINP index of the observation group increased significantly one month and three months after treatment(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant;the control group increased PINP after three months of treatment(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant Scientific significance: The two groups of patients were compared between the two groups one month and three months after treatment,(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.5.The CTX index of the observation group was significantly reduced three months after treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant;the control group had no significant change in CTX after treatment(P>0.05),which was not statistically significant;the two groups of patients were three months after treatment CTX was compared between groups,(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.6.The effective rate of the two groups of patients after treatment was compared,(P<0.05)the difference was statistically significant,and the treatment group had better efficacy.Conclusion: Yaotongkang combined with PVP has obvious effects in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.It can relieve pain symptoms,improve body function activities,and improve bone turnover and metabolism.It has no side effects and has obvious effects.It is clinically worthy of promotion and application. |
