To Explore The Therapeutic Mechanism Of Mahuang Tincture In The Treatment Of Granulomatous Mammary Glands With Hot,poisonous And Blazing Syndrome Based On T Lymphocyte Expression

Objective: To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Mahuang tincture in the treatment of granulomatous mammary glands with hot,poisonous and blazing syndrome.Methods: Clinical study: 60 cases of granulomatous mammary gland fever and toxic syndrome which meets the experience criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given basic treatment,including routine dressing change,oral Chinese medicine,etc.,and the treatment group was given additional Mahuang tincture wet compress.The observation period of both groups was 1 week.Before and after treatment,pathological tissues were taken for immunohistochemistry tests,CD4+ and CD8+ indexes were measured,and changes in skin color,skin temperature,lump size and pain perception of the patients in the pathological area were observed.The information collection of granulomatous mastitis was filled out.Results: In the treatment group,10 cases were observably effective,20 cases were effective,with the total effective rate being 100%.In the control group,2 cases were observably effective,26 cases were effective,and 2 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 93.33%,and there was statistical significance in the total effectiverate between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the mean symptom score of the treatment group was 6.60±2.16,and that of the control group was 9.80±2.61.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.After treatment,the average CD4+ in the treatment group was 33.35±5.37%,the average CD4+/CD8+ is 1.40±0.29,while the average of CD4+ in the control group was 37.31±4.20%,and the average CD4+/CD8+ is 1.58±0.27,which shows statistical significance(P <0.05).After treatment,the average CD8+ was 24.22±3.17% in the treatment group and 24.07±3.31% in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in improving local inflammation performance,total effective rate and regulating CD4+,CD4+/CD8+.There were no severe side effects in the two groups during the study period.Conclusion: The efficacy of Mahuang tincture wet compress combined with basic treatment is better than that of basic therapy alone.By regulating the body’s immune balance,it can significantly reduce pain,relieve clinical symptoms in patients,improve autoimmunity,and accelerate the healing process.It provides a new way to treat granulomatous mastitis,and is worthy of promoting clinical application and further study.
