| Kadsura coccinea is an evergreen woody vine of South Schisandra in Schisandraceae.It not only can be used as fruit,but also has broad prospects in advanced cosmetics,medicine,food and other industries.It has anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,bactericidal,antioxidant and other biological activities.The chemical composition of Kadsura coccinea is complex,and the effective components and biological activities between different organs are not clear.The use of different solvents and different strains of Kadsura coccinea has an important impact on the extraction of effective components.In this paper,three different polar solvents(ethanol,petroleum ether,n-hexane)were used to extract three organs(roots,stems,leaves)of three Kadsura coccinea strains(Zihei,Hulv,Dahong).The volatile components of the extracts were identified and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),and the types and relative contents of the components were compared Comparison and discussion.In order to compare the antioxidant activity of different extracts from Kadsura coccinea,DPPH and ABTS free radical scavenging methods were used to compare and evaluate the antioxidant activity of each extract.Finally,Oxford cup drilling method was used to compare the antibacterial effect of different extracts from Kadsura coccinea.The selected strains were food spoilage bacteria and pathogenic bacteria(E.coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis,white bacteria)Candida,Aspergillus niger,Aspergillus niger).Through the analysis of the results of the above three aspects,It provides some theoretical guidance for the research and industrial development of antimicrobial agents and antioxidant products in the later stage of Kadsura coccinea.The main research results are as follows:(1)According to the number of compounds,Kadsura coccinea root extract>Kadsura coccinea stem extract>Kadsura coccinea leaf extract;In terms of the types of volatile components,the root extracts of Kadsura coccinea were mainly alkenes,while the stem and leaf extracts of Kadsura coccinea were mainly alkenes and alkanes.The number of compounds detected in roots,stems and leaves was 78,67 and 64,respectively,for n-hexane extract of Kadsura coccinea,ethanol extract of Red Tiger and n-hexane extract of Kadsura coccinea,respectively.From the perspective of individual compound composition,β-caryophylene,△-junipene,a-pinene,β-pinene,pinene longifolium and other enes with high compound content were detected in each extract in this paper.N-octane,n-hexadecane,n-tetracosane and other alkanes,and methylene bis-(4-methyl-6-tert-butyl phenol,2,4-dit-butyl phenol and other phenolic compounds.(2)In general,the extracts of the Kadsura coccinea had different degree of scavenging ability to the two kinds of free radicals,and the ABTS free radical scavenging ability was stronger than that of the DPPH free radical scavenging ability.According to the antioxidant activity of extracts from different organs of Kadsura coccinea,the root>stem>leaf;It was found that the extract from the root of Kadsura coccinea had more advantages to be used as natural antioxidant.(3)Among the organs of root,stem and leaf,the extracts from most parts of leaves had the best antibacterial effect,and the extracts extracted with ethanol as solvent had the best antibacterial effect.The antibacterial effect of gram-positive bacteria was better than that of gram-negative bacteria,and the antibacterial effect of bacteria was better than that of fungi.It showed different degree of antibacterial effect to Bacillus subtilis,Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus,and the most obvious antibacterial effect to Bacillus subtilis.It has no antibacterial effect on fungi(Candida albicans,Aspergillus Niger,Penicillium). |
