| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Bazhen Lihe Kangxian Prescription combined with Entecavir in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B with liver depression and spleen deficiency and blood stasis,and to provide clinical evidence for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B by integrated Chinese and Western medicine.Methods:Following the principle of random allocation,60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group and control group,each with 30 cases.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction granules Bazhenlihe Kangxian Decoction and Entecavir Tablets orally,and the control group was treated with Entecavir Tablets orally for 24 weeks.Observe the changes in clinical symptoms,liver function test indicators and hepatitis B virus DNA quantification of the two groups before and after treatment,refer to relevant guidelines and standards for efficacy evaluation,use statistical software SPSS 25.0 for data statistics,and obtain statistics and comparison results the clinical efficacy of the two groups of treatments.Results:⑴Comparison before intervention.Comparison of age,gender,course of disease,liver function indexes(ALT,AST,TBIL),HBV DNA quantification,symptom score and other indexes before treatment between the two groups showed that P>0.05,which is comparable.⑵Comparison of comprehensive clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine.the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.66%,the total effective rate of the control group was 46.66%,and the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).⑶Comparison of the total scores of TCM syndromes.There are differences in the total scores of TCM syndromes between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).In the comparison of the total scores of TCM syndromes after treatment,the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05).⑷Comparison of the scores of various symptoms of Chinese medicine.Compared before and after treatment,the individual scores of Chinese medicine after treatment in the treatment group were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and only the lower part of the lump was improved slightly(P>0.05);the control group For symptoms such as lumpiness under the flanks,fatigue,weak tongue or ecchymosis,the improvement is not obvious(P>0.05),and the remaining points are lower than before treatment(P<0.05);comparison between groups,in the flanks The improvement effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group in terms of rib pain,abdominal distension,loose stools,fatigue,dull tongue or ecchymosis(P<0.05).⑸Comparison of liver function indicators.For the comparison of the three indicators of ALT,AST,and TBIL within the group,the two treatment plans have improved effects on the three indicators(P<0.05);comparison between the groups,the treatment group is better than the control group in improving ALT and AST(P<0.05),but there was little difference in the improvement of TBIL between the two groups(P>0.05).⑹Comparison of quantitative changes of HBV DNA.In comparison between the two groups,there is a difference between the two groups(P<0.05);comparison between the two groups,the difference between the two groups is not significant(P>0.05),the treatment group has 23 cases,the response rate is 76.66%,and the control group has 21 cases.The response rate was 70.00%,suggesting that both groups had a good effect on the quantitative response rate of HBV DNA.⑺Before and after treatment,there were no abnormalities in the safety indicators of the two groups;during the treatment,no adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion:Bazhen Lihe Kangxian prescription combined with Entecavir in the treatment of chronic viral hepatitis with liver depression and spleen deficiency and blood stasis is better than the control group in improving clinical symptoms and liver function.There is no significant difference between the two in reducing HBV DNA quantitative. |
