| Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical effect of nourishing kidney and smoothing heart method combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of emotional symptoms in patients with menopausal syndrome,to explore the effect of nourishing kidney and smoothing heart method combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation on serum FSH,LH and E2 levels,and to provide a variety of treatment ideas for relieving the emotional symptoms of women with menopausal syndrome.Methods:By using the randomized controlled clinical test design method,sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were chosen and randomly divided into 30 test groups and 30 control groups.Patients in test group were treated with Chinese medcine decoction and transcranial magnetic stimulation,psychological counseling for patients at the same time.While the other patients in control group were treated with transcranial magnetic stimulation and psychological counseling.The therapeutic effect was evaluated after 8 weeks of continuous treatment,by observing the hamilton depression scale score,hamilton anxiety scale score,domestic modified Kupperman scale score,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score change,serum sex hormone level change before and after treatment.Results:1.Efficacy of depressive symptoms:after treatment,the depressive symptoms of the test group and the control group were relieved,the effective rate of the test group and the control group was 94.44 and 76.47 respectively.The test group was better than the control group in terms of effective rate and HAMD score,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Efficacy of anxiety symptoms:after treatment,the anxiety symptoms of the test group and the control group were relieved,the effective rate of the test group was 90.00 and the control group was 73.68.The test group was better than the control group in terms of effective rate and HAMA score,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Efficacy of Kupperman score:the scores of test group and control group were decreased(P<0.05),the effective rate of test group was 86.67 and that of control group was 73.33.Compared with the control group,the effective rate and scores of the test group were significant(P<0.05).4.Efficacy of TCM syndrome score:after treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the test group and the control group decreased(P<0.05),the effective rate of the test group was 93.33 and that of the control group was 80.00.Compared with the control group,the effective rate and scores of the test group were significant(P<0.05).5.Serum hormone levels:After treatment,the FSH、LH、E2 levels of the test group were turned better than before(P<0.05),the FSH、LH of the control group were not significantly reduced(P>0.05),but the E2 was improved(P<0.05).After treatment,the test group was better than the control group in reducing FSH,LH,and improving the level of E2(P<0.05).6.During the study,all patients had no toxic side effects such as allergy or abnormal liver and kidney function.Conclusion:nourishing kidney and smoothing heart method combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation is effective in the treatment of emotional symptoms in patients with menopausal syndrome.It can help patients relieve negative emotions without obvious adverse reactions and is easier to be accepted,with this effective method,women with emotional symptoms of menopausal syndrome can pass menopause smoothly. |
