| Objective: To investigate the status quo of posttraumatic growth,self-awareness and health promotion behavior of elderly patients with coronary heart disease, and to explore the relationship between posttraumatic growth,self-awareness and health promotion behavior and its influencing factors,so as to help medical workers carry out targeted health education, improve the health promotion behavior of elderly patients with coronary heartdisease, and provide the oretical basisforimproving the quality oflifeofthe elderly. Methods: This study is a descriptive study in non experimental research.Convenient sampling method was used to select 342 elderly patients with coronary heart disease whomet the inclusion criteria from the Department of Cardiology of a class III a hospital in Weihai City.General situation questionnaire, posttraumatic growth assessment scale,Chinese version of the mainland self perception scale, and Health Promoting Lifestyle Scale II were used to evaluate quantitatively.SPSS26.0 was used to sort out and analyze thevalid questionnaires.Mean, standard deviation, frequency and constituent ratio were used to describe the general data characteristics of the subjects.T-test or ANOVA was used to compare the differences of the subjects in the general data.Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation among the three subjects.Multiple stepwise regression was used to analyze the influence of health promotion behavior Influencing factors.Results:(1)Basic demographic data of the research object:Among the 342 elderly patients with coronary heart disease, most of them were 60~65 years old.59.4% of the patients were male;in terms of marriage,90.9% of the patients had spouses;in terms of educational background,52.4% of the patients had junior high school education;in terms of occupation,52.9% of the patients were retired;44.5% of the patients lived in cities;32.4% of the patients had a per capita monthly income of more than 3000 yuan;mostof the medical payment methods were employee medicalinsurance,53.2%.(2)The total score of health promotion behavior of middle-aged and elderly patientswith coronary heart disease was(135.46 ± 22.99),which was in a good level. There were significant differences in age, gender, education level, disease type and whether received interventional therapy(P<0.05).(3)In this study, the total score of posttraumatic growth of middle-aged and elderly patients with coronary heart disease was(59.27 ±14.87),which was at a low level. There were significant differences in age, gender, family history, complications and whether received interventional therapy(P<0.05).(4)The total score of autonomic perception of middle-aged and elderly patients withcoronary heart disease was(107.63 ± 14.01),which was in the middle level. There were significant differences in age, gender, education level, marital status, living alone or not, type of disease, drinking, previous hospitalization times due to coronary heart disease and whether received interventionaltherapy(P<0.05).(5)The results of correlation analysis showed that posttraumatic growth was significantly positively correlated with health promotion behavior(r=0.671,P<0.01);self perception was significantly positively correlated with health promotion behavior(r=0.669 P < 0.01);posttraumatic growth was significantly positively correlated with self perception(r=0.582,P<0.01).(6)Multiple regression analysis showed that posttraumatic growth and self-awarenesswere important factors influencing health promotion behavior of elderly patients with coronary heart disease, which couldjointly explain55.7% ofthevariance ofhealthpromotion behavior.Conclusion:(1)The health promotion behavior of elderly patients with coronary heart disease is at a good level, posttraumaticgrowth is at a lowlevel,andself-awarenessis at a medium level.(2)In general information, age, gender, education level, type of disease, whether received interventional therapy had an impact on health promotion behavior;age, gender, family history, complications, whether received interventional therapy had an impact on posttraumatic growth;age, gender, education level, marital status, living alone or not, typeof disease, drinking alcohol, previous hospitalizations due to coronary heart disease The number of patients and whether they havereceived interventionaltherapy have an impacton the senseofautonomy.(3)There is a positive correlation between posttraumatic growth,self-awareness and health promotion behavior in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. That is to say,the higher the level of posttraumatic growth of elderly patients with coronary heart disease, the higher the level ofself-awareness,thebetterthe health promotion behavior.(4)Posttraumatic growth and self-awareness are the important influencing factors of health promotion behavior in elderly patients with coronary heart disease, and self-awareness is the mostimportantinfluencing factor. |
