Study On The Standardization Of Terms In TCM Diagnosis And Treatment Knowledge Base

TCM terminology is the carrier of TCM knowledge and an important part of TCM diagnosis and treatment knowledge base.With the gradual enrichment of network information resources,the rapid development of we media,and the network sharing of TCM diagnosis and treatment cases,there are urgent requirements for the standardization of TCM diagnosis and treatment terms.However,after some TCM knowledge bases and online diagnosis and treatment websites are put into use,there are many problems of nonstandard terms,which lead to unsatisfactory use effect,unconnected data,and insufficient utilization and mining of massive medical record resources.This paper takes the terms in TCM diagnosis and treatment knowledge base as the research object,in order to solve the problem of non-standard terms in the knowledge base,from the aspects of term selection,term specification file structure and word meaning control strategy,combined with specific examples to explain the process of term extraction and specification file establishment in the knowledge base,in order to improve the standardization degree of TCM diagnosis and treatment knowledge base terms,and improve the TCM diagnosis and treatment knowledge base The utilization efficiency of medical records can promote the modernization and internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine.There are six chapters in this paper: the first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the background,purpose and significance of this study,and then combs the research status of medical terminology standardization at home and abroad,and defines the content and method of this study.The content of the second chapter is related concepts and basic theories.It elaborates the concepts and theories involved in this study.The basic theories involved in this chapter include cognitive terminology,cognitive linguistics and knowledge organization theory.The content of the third chapter is the selection of terms in TCM diagnosis and treatment knowledge base.The scope,principle and basis of terms selection are discussed respectively.The scope and principle of terms selection in TCM diagnosis and treatment knowledge base are determined.It is proposed that the terms selection should be based on the national and industrial standards of TCM terms,and then on the authoritative dictionaries,textbooks,textbooks,textbooks and other standards In the core journals,appropriate modern terms of traditional Chinese medicine are selected to supplement.The content of the fourth chapter is the structure of TCM diagnosis and treatment knowledge base standard file.The basic structure of TCM diagnosis and treatment knowledge base and the standard of term format are initially formulated,and the category of term standard file of TCM diagnosis and treatment knowledge base and its corresponding relationship with TCM standard are clarified.The fifth chapter is the vocabulary control strategy and empirical analysis of TCM diagnosis and treatment knowledge base terminology standardization.Firstly,it lists the problems existing in TCM diagnosis and treatment knowledge base terminology standardization,such as multiple words with one meaning,polysemy,disunity of word usage,obscure disease name,unclear terminology concept and relationship,and puts forward the corresponding vocabulary control strategy,including word meaning,word usage,word form,and so on Then,taking polysemy,polysemy,unclear concept and relationship of terms as examples,this paper discusses the process of term extraction and standard file establishment of TCM diagnosis and treatment knowledge base.The last chapter is the summary and prospect.In this chapter,we summarize the content of the full text,analyze the shortcomings of this study,and then put forward the prospect of further research in the future.
