| Objective:In this study,a holistic care model was developed based on the burden of care of the main caregivers of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia,and based on the content of the model,the main intervention tool We Chat applet-Huyouyilu Cloud Platform was developed,and the application of this intervention was explored in improving acute lymphoblastic leukemia.The effect of the main caregivers of leukemia children with care burden,relief of anxiety and depression symptoms,and improvement of social support.Methods:This intervention is a kind of experimental study.From June 1,2019 to January 31,2021,a total of 101 cases of primary caregivers of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia in the Department of Pediatric Hematology of a tertiary A hospital in Changchun City were selected as the research subjects,among which the control there were 50 patients in the group and 51 patients in the intervention group.The control group was given the responsibility system of holistic care,and the intervention group was given the responsibility system of holistic care and the whole-person care model.That is to say,a nurse-led multi-team holistic care management team is established.The team members use the We Chat applet-the medical road cloud platform to protect you and face-to-face interviews from physical support,psychological support,social support,and spirituality.Support four aspects to provide supportive interventions to the main caregivers of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia.Collect the general information,care burden score,comprehension social support scale score,hospital anxiety and depression scale scores of the two groups of children ’s main caregivers on the second day of the first diagnosis and at the end of the remission induction treatment period.Data sorting and statistical analysis.Results:1.Comparison of the general data of the main caregivers of the two groups of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia : The results of the two independent samples showed that there was no statistically significant difference in the general data of the two groups of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia and the main caregivers(P >0.05).2.Comparison of the Zarit Care Burden Scale(ZBI)scores of the primary caregivers of the two groups of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia before and after the intervention: The results of the two independent samples showed that the primary caregivers of the two groups of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia had the burden of care before the intervention The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the intervention,the difference in care burden between the two groups of caregivers was statistically significant(P<0.05);the ZBI difference distribution between the two groups of patients before and after the intervention was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of the PSSS scores of the primary caregivers of the two groups of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia before and after the intervention: the results of the two independent samples showed that the total scores of social support by the primary caregivers of the two groups of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia before the intervention,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the intervention,the two groups of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia,the main caregivers have statistically significant differences in the secondary indicators,other support dimensions and the total scores of social support(P<0.05);the distribution of the difference in the social support scores of the two groups of primary caregivers before and after the intervention has no statistical significance(P>0.05).4.Comparison of the hospital anxiety and depression scale scores of the primary caregivers of the two groups of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia before and after the intervention: the results of the two independent samples showed that the primary caregivers of the two groups of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia had the hospital anxiety and depression scale before the intervention The score difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after the intervention,the difference in the scores of the anxiety and depression scale of the two groups of main caregivers and the distribution of the difference in the scores of the anxiety and depression scale before and after the intervention were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The whole person care model based on We Chat applet can significantly reduce the care burden and anxiety and depression levels of the main caregivers of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia,and promote their physical and mental health.2.The whole person care model based on We Chat applet can effectively improve the social support level of the main caregivers of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia and help them actively cope with stressful events in life. |
