Objective:To investigate the difference of heart structure and left and right heart function in patients with different TCM syndrome hypertension,and to analyze the regularity and degree of heart damage in patients with different TCM syndrome hypertension.Methods:A total of 105 patients with essential hypertension diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected.Divided the patients into Hyperactivity of liver-fire,Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity,Phlegm-dampness accumulation,Yin and Yang deficiency four groups.The selected group received echocardiography,cardiac structural and functional indexes were measured according to the unified standard,and SPSS22 software was used for statistical processing.Results:(1)Heart structure: the myocardial thickness of the Yin and Yang deficiency type and the Phlegm-dampness accumulation type was significantly thickened,and the difference between the other two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The left atrial changes of the Phlegm-dampness accumulation group were statistically significant compared with the other three groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the inner diameter of the main pulmonary artery between the four groups.(2)Left ventricular function: Compared with the left ventricular systolic function,left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular short axis shorting rate and systolic myocardial movement rate were all increased in the Hyperactivity of liver-fire group,which had significant difference compared with the other three groups(P<0.05).Comparison of left ventricular diastolic function showed that the mitral valve E peak decreased and the E/A peak ratio decreased in the Hyperactivity of liver-fire group,with statistical significance compared with the other two groups(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the ratio of the mitral valve E peak E/A peak in the other three groups.The TEI index of left ventricular myocardium in the group with deficiency of Phlegm-dampness accumulation and Yin and Yang deficiency increased,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the other two groups(P<0.05).(3)Right heart function: Right ventricular TEI index.The TEI index of the right ventricle in the Yin and Yang deficiency group was increased,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the three groups(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in tricuspid valve E peak,A peak and E/A peak ratio,tricuspid ring motion amplitude and tricuspid ring movement displacement among the four groups.Conclusion:Hyperactivity of liver-fire group heart structure changes are relatively light,left ventricular systolic function is hyperactive,left ventricular early active relaxation function is impaired;The changes of heart structure in hypertensive patients with Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity were less than those with Phlegm-dampness accumulation and Yin and Yang deficiency groups,and the left ventricular diastolic compliance was reduced to varying degrees.The cardiac structure of the patients with Yin and Yang deficiency was obviously changed.The left ventricular myocardial thickness was increased significantly,followed by the enlargement of the left atrium.The diastolic dysfunction of the left ventricle was reduced,and the overall function was impaired.Left ventricular myocardial thickness and left atrial diameter increased significantly,left ventricular diastolic dysfunction decreased,and left ventricular overall function was impaired in Phlegm-dampness accumulation group.
