Abstract/Summary:
Objective:To sort out the academic origin of the treatment of aromatic resuscitation; To sort out and clarify the definition of "Qiao" and its relationship with viscera and meridians; To study the concept and connotation of "orifices disease";To explore the etiology and pathogenesis of orifices disease; The specific treatment methods of "aromatic resuscitation method" are sorted out,and the treatment methods of aromatic resuscitation are summarized. This paper summarizes the clinical application, indications and commonly used prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine, and provides theoretical basis and diagnosis and treatment ideas for traditional Chinese medicine.Method:Using the methods of philology and bibliography to collect relevant data,CNKI database,Wanfang database(mainly collecting degree, journal and Conference Papers),and Chinese Medical Dictionary(Fifth Edition)were used as the main search tools,With the keywords of "aromatic resuscitation","aromatic resuscitation","orifices","diseases of orifices","Xuantong","Tongbi","kaibi" and "aromatherapy" as the subject words, combined with manual search, the relevant information about the theory, prescription and specific clinical application of aromatic resuscitation method was collected, and the collected literature was sorted, analyzed, counted, and summarized.Result:1.Aromatherapy has a long history, which appeared as early as the pre Qin period, and has been gradually supplemented and improved in the clinical practice of ancient physicians; The historical origin of the method of aromatic resuscitation is the gradual increase and enrichment of prescriptions; In ancient and modern times, the method of opening orifices with fragrance was mostly used in the treatment of mental diseases caused by closed orifices and warm heat diseases.2.In terms of basic theory, this study systematically combs the concept of "Qiao" and holds that "Qiao" of human body has narrow sense and broad sense:(1)narrow sense of "Qiao",that is,eye, ear, nose, mouth, front Yin and back Yin,is the "nine orifices" discussed in Neijing;(2)In a broad sense, orifices refer to the orifices, which are distributed all over the skin, skin, limbs, viscera, meridians, internal, external, upper and lower. They are the channels for the ascending and descending of essence,Qi,blood and body fluid. They include not only the "nine orifices" in Neijing, but also the sweat pores on the skin, and the subtle orifices and pathways for the transmission of Qi,blood and body fluid between viscera, meridians, blood vessels, muscle and bones,It also includes the mind, emotion and thinking. The "orifices" of the human body can be divided into "orifices of external communication" and "orifices of internal communication" according to the different position, structure and function.(1)the "orifices of external communication",namely nine orifices, hair orifices, breast orifices, umbilical orifices, are the openings and channels connecting the human body with the nature;(2)"Neitongzhiqiao" includes meridians and acupoints, qichongmen, blood channels,Shenqiao,Xinqiao, naoqiao and so on.It is the opening and channel of material circulation in the body.Research on the relationship between "Qiao" and the five zang organs, six Fu organs, and meridians shows that "Qiao disease" mainly refers to diseases and syndromes caused by various internal and external factors, such as obstruction of orifices in the body, poor circulation of Qi,blood and body fluid, and dysfunction of Zang organs, meridians and collaterals. It includes lesions in narrow sense and broad sense. It is not only the manifestation of "Qiao" itself, but also reflects the pathological state of related Zang organs, meridians and collaterals in the body. The main application characteristics of aromatic resuscitation method are reusing aromatic resuscitation drugs, expelling filth with pungent fragrance, dispersing orifices and removing pathogenic factors, which belong to the category of resuscitation method. In the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment,it can not only guide the treatment of a certain orifices disease alone, but also assist other treatments to enhance the effect of removing pathogenic factors, which runs through the whole process of "orifices disease" treatment. In clinical treatment of various kinds of orifices,we can use aromatic resuscitation method as auxiliary treatment to enhance clinical efficacy.3.In the aspect of the analysis of the commonly used drugs of aromatic resuscitation method, this paper analyzes the aromatic resuscitation drugs used by doctors in past dynasties, such as musk, borneol,Acorus tatarinowii, benzoin, mint,Angelica dahurica,Ligusticum chuanxiong, asarum,Styrax,Magnolia, etc.,and discusses their characteristics and main efficacy.4.In the aspect of clinical application of aromatic resuscitation method, the experience of ancient physicians in the treatment of orifices diseases is cited, and the compatibility rules of various clinical common orifices diseases are discussed, such as laryngeal obstruction of laryngeal orifices diseases, nasopharynx nasal obstruction of nasal orifices diseases, deafness of ear orifices diseases, mania and epilepsy of heart orifices covered by heat evil, dementia of mind orifices covered by phlegm, etc. Conclusion:The "orifices" of human body have narrow sense orifices and broad sense orifices. The narrow sense orifices refer to the "nine orifices" discussed in Neijing. In addition to the nine orifices, the broad sense orifices also include meridian acupoints,"qichongmen",Xuanfu, ruqiao, umbilical orifices, channels of blood vessels,Shenqiao,Xinqiao, naoqiao, etc. The orifices of the human body can be divided into "orifices of external communication" and "orifices of internal communication" according to their position, structure and function.Aromatic resuscitation is widely used in the treatment of orifices, which is of great significance. It can be applied to all diseases and syndromes caused by obstruction of orifices due to internal and external factors. The representative prescriptions are Angong Niuhuang Pill,Suhexiang pill,Zixue pill,Zhibao pill, etc.the aromatic resuscitation drugs used frequently are musk, borneol,Acorus tatarinowii, benzoin, mint,Angelica dahurica, chuanxiong, asarum,Suhexiang, etc Xinyi, etc.
