Clinical Research On Therapeutic Effect Of Acupuncturing Qiao Channel On Apoplexy Spastic Paralysis

Objectives To observet the acupuncture clinical effect and stinger on spastic hemiplegia of cerebral apoplexy,relieve spastic symptoms of stroke patients with spastic hemiplegia,improve sport function and improve their daily living ability.Methods The cases were from patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke who were treated at Shijiazhuangshi Hospital.Sixty subjects who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria were split into two groups,30 in the experimental group and 30 in the control group.Both groups treat on the basis of Yin-reducing and Yang-supplementing therapy.30 cases in the control groups were treated with traditional acupuncture therapy.The experimental group was treated with acupuncture at the Qiao point.Clinical symptoms was observed through using of clinical seizures scale(CSI),modified Ashworth cramps evaluation form,the simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function evaluation form(FMA),daily life ability evaluation form(Barthel index),changes in the treatment of patients before and after evaluation.Results 1.CSI Index:After treatment,the scores of clinical spasm index were lower than before(P<0.01),and the difference is larget After treatment,the scores of two groups was significantly reduce than before.(P<0.01),and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P< 0.05).2.Modified Ashworth Index:After treatment,the muscle tension of the two groups was lower than before(P<0.05),and the experimental group was outstanding better than the control group.3.FMA scores of two groups were improved after treatment,and a very big difference in statistics(P<0.01).Comparison between the experimental group and the control group,P < 0.01,the difference has clinical significance.Both groups can improve the function of limb movement in different degrees,and the experimental group is superior to the control group.4.Daily life ability of the two groups:the Barthel index of patients after treatment was improved to different degrees(P<0.01);Compared with P<0.01,there are great differences,and the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the daily life ability.Conclusions Yin stilts for the sick Yang is slow and Yin urgent,Yang stilts for the disease Yin,and Yang urgent.The state of spastic hemiplegia in cerebral apoplexy patients is closely related to the imbalance of Yin and Yang,which can effectively improve the state of spasm.Clinical studies have shown that acupuncture and stinging is an effective method for cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia.
