| Objective:The indication and significance of laparoscopic preventive ileopathy were discussed in elderly men with middle and low rectal cancer.Methods:A total of 60 patients with advanced middle and low rectal cancer were admitted to the Second Department of General Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Dali University from September to January 2018,the patients were divided into two groups according to whether Fistula was created or not,among which 24 cases were created and 36 cases were not.Through statistical preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative related clinical indicators of the data in patients with clinical indicators of the data for quantitative evaluation.Results:The preoperative indexes of the two groups compared were no statistical significance:age、duration,albumin、hemoglobin,BMI、distance from the to the anal margin(P>0.05).The intraoperative clinical index of the two groups were no statistical significance : the average time of operation,intraoperative bleeding,the difference is not statistical significance(P>0.05),The postoperative clinical index of the two groups were statistical ignificance : postoperative exhaust feeding time,extubation time,postoperative hospitalization time,fistula group was less than unfistula group,the difference has statistical significance(P< 0.05),The average hospitalization cost of the two groups compared were no statistical significance(P>0.05).The incidence of Anastomotic leakage in the FISTULA group was significantly lower than that in the non-fistula group(p < 0.05).,the difference has statistical significance(P< 0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic total mesorectal excision for middle and low rectal cancer in elderly male patientshas certain advantages over the non-stoma group in that it can make patients rapidly recovery after surgery accord with the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery and at the same time reduce the incidence of anastomotic fistula,but meanwhile it will postoperative short-term impact on the patient’s life and the need to return to hospital to ileostomy reduction. |
