Retrospective Cohort Study On The Treatment Of Ascites Associated With Liver Cancer By Traditional Chinese Medicine And Infrared Irradiation

Objective:To extract objective data from the real world and explore the clinical efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)combined with infrared radiation in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma associated ascites.To provide more safe,stable and effective treatment methods for clinical.Methods:The clinical data of 91 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma associated ascites in the Department of Liver,Spleen and Gastric Diseases of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from January 2014 to September 2020 were collected in this study.Adopt the method of retrospective cohort study,with the infrared irradiation treatment with TCM collapse stains for factors,divided into the treatment group(TCM collapse stains with infrared irradiation+traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment)59 cases and(control group)32 cases,traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,analysis of two groups of patients with ascites depth weight of TCM symptom scores and patients with liver and kidney function and electrolyte,etc.to compare the two groups before treatment and after treatment have obvious difference.Results:1 In terms of ascites regression:The difference between the two groups of patients before and after the advanced treatment of ascites under ultrasound and the comparison between the two groups after treatment,the comparison between the two groups of patients after treatment of abdominal moisture,P<0.05,there is a significant difference,compared with the treatment group in the ascites subsidence,the treatment group has a better treatment effect.2 In terms of abdominal circumference and body weight:The comparison of abdominal circumference,body weight and the difference before and after treatment between the two groups was P<0.05,indicating that the difference was significant.In terms of the improvement of abdominal circumference and body weight,the treatment group had better efficacy.3 TCM clinical symptoms:The comparison of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before and after treatment as well as the comparison of the difference between the two groups showed that the comparison results were significantly different,P<0.05,and the symptom score effective rate of treatment group;It indicates that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group in improving the clinical symptoms of TCM.4 In terms of overall efficacy:In the treatment group,11 cases were significantly effective,39 cases were effective,and 9 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of84.7%.In the control group,2 case was significantly effective,20 cases were effective,and 10cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 68.8%.P<0.05,the difference is significant,indicating that compared with the control group,the treatment group in the treatment of liver cancer ascites overall efficacy is better.5 Laboratory index:5.1 Liver function:The comparison of AST,ALT,ALB and TBIL values between the two groups before and after treatment showed a significant difference of P<0.05.The comparison of liver function values between the two groups after treatment showed a significant difference of P>0.05,indicating that the treatment plan of both the treatment group and the control group could improve the liver function of patients,but there was no obvious superiority between the two.5.2 Renal function and electrolytes:The values of SCR,BUN,K~+,Na~+,Cl~-in the two groups before and after treatment were compared,in which the values of K~+were compared with those of P<0.05,the difference was significant,indicating that in the course of treatment,the two groups could improve the potassium ion,while the comparison of the other items were P>0.05,there is no significant difference,indicating that the two treatments have no effect on the renal function and electrolyte of the patients,which proves that the treatment method is safe and effective.Conclusion:The results of this study showed that the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma associated ascites,based on the treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine and infrared radiation treatment,the effect is better.While a large number of ascites subsided,it can also alleviate and improve the corresponding clinical symptoms,and improve the quality of life of patients with ascites of liver cancer.Moreover,this therapy is safe and worthy of further research and development and promotion in clinical practice.
