| Objective: Through retrospective research,sort out and analyze the Uyghur Medicine syndrome classification,treatment principles,methods and commonly used drugs of herpes zoster.To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Abnormal Sapra Maturant in the treatment of patients with herpes zoster.Further use animal experiments to verify the analgesic effect of Abnormal Sapra Maturant.Methods: 1)Retrospective investigation of cases of herpes zoster patients,This study conducted a retrospective survey of the medical records of patients with herpes zoster hospitalized in the Uyghur Medical Hospital of the Autonomous Region from January 2006 to September 2020,collected general data、Uyghur Medicine Syndrome Classification、treatment principles、methods and commonly used drugs,and performed statistical analysis on them.2)Clinical observation,A total of60 patients with herpes zoster who were hospitalized in the dermatology department from June 2017 to December 2019 in the Uyghur Medical Hospital of the Autonomous Region were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,and 30 healthy people were selected.The control group received conventional treatment,and the experimental group was given Abnormal Sapra Maturant on the basis of the control group.Both groups were given 15 days as a treatment course.Before and after treatment,the patients’ CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+ indicators were detected,and the time of pain disappearance,rash remission time,rash stop time and rash crusting time were observed before and after treatment.3)Experimental study on analgesia,(1)Hot plate experiment:50 female healthy mice were randomly divided into 5groups,namely the control group,aspirin group,and Abnormal Sapra Maturant low,medium and high dose groups.The control group was given purified water,the aspirin group was given 5mg/m L liquid medicine,and the Abnormal Sapra Maturant low,medium and high dose groups were given 0.056,0.112,0.224 g powder/m L liquid medicine,once a day for 5 consecutive days.Before and after the administration,the time from the sole of the foot touching the hot plate to the appearance of licking the foot was recorded as an index of pain threshold.(2)Acetic acid writhing experiment: 60 male healthy mice were randomly divided into5 groups,namely the control group,aspirin group,and Abnormal Sapra Maturant low,medium and high dose groups.The control group was given purified water,the aspirin group was given 5mg/m L liquid medicine,and the Abnormal Sapra Maturant low,medium,and high dose groups were given 0.056,0.112,0.224 g powder/m L liquid medicine,once a day for 6 consecutive days.After the administration,each female mouse was intraperitoneally injected with a 0.7%glacial acetic acid physiological saline solution of 10 m L·kg-1,and the number of writhing times of the mice within 20 minutes was recorded,and the difference between each administration group and the blank group was compared.Results: 1)Among the 1084 patients with herpes zoster who met the inclusion criteria,887(81.8%)were Abnormal Sapra,followed by 123(11.3%)Abnormal Sawda;the use rate of mature abnormal body fluid therapy was 94.5%;the use rate of Abnormal Sapra Maturant was 82.9%;comprehensive The total effective rate of treating herpes zoster is 93.2%.2)Clinical efficacy observation research results show that,Compared with the control group,the experimental group’s CD3+,CD4+,CD8+T,and CD4+/CD8+ratios all decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Compared with the control group,the time of pain disappearance,rash subsiding time,blister stopping time and scab formation time of the experimental group were significantly shortened(P<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant.3)The experimental results of analgesic effect show that,Compared with the blank group,there was no significant difference in the weight and pain threshold of the mice in each group before administration;the ABSM high-dose group was significantly different from the blank group 2h after the end of administration(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Compared with the blank group,the writhing times of the mice in the ABSM low,medium and high groups were reduced(P<0.05),especially in the high-dose group(P<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: 1)The curative effect of Abnormal Sapra Maturant on herpes zoster is definite,and its mechanism of action may be through regulating the immune system.2)Abnormal Sapra Maturant has analgesic effect on mice. |
