| Objective:To investigate whether the preoperative peripheral blood fibrinogen(FIB)level of patients with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(Laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma,LSCC)is related to the long-term survival and prognosis. Methods:Retrospectively analyzed the clinical case data of 106 patients with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma who had been diagnosed and treated for the first time in our hospital of.According to the FIB in the peripheral blood before the operation of the patients, they are divided into low FIB and high FIB groups;for the statistical clinical data,theχ~2 test,COX risk ratio model multivariate analysis, and K-M univariate analysis are used to analyze FIB and other clinical data. The relationship between the overall survival of cancer patients. Results:single factor analysis showed that the pathological differentiation,T stage,FIB,N staging and correlated with the survival rates of patients with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(P<0.05);Multi-factor analysis showed that the pathological differentiation(P<0.05,95%CI 0.293 0.967),and N staging(P<0.05,95%CI 0.2930.967)are the independent risk factors of death in patients with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.High FIB group of 5-year survival rate was 13.0%,low 5-year survival rate was 62.7%,FIB group before and after contrast to high FIB group significantly poorer survival in patients with expectations. Conclusion:preoperative peripheral blood high FIB levels of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma patients with postoperative survival rate is shorter, the index can be used as one of the important indices for evaluating the prognosis of patients with laryngeal cancer. |
