Objective: Objective to investigate the effect of fibrinogen on the prognosis of patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction. Methods: the STEMI patients who underwent emergency percutaneous coronary intervention in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from July 2017 to may 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the follow-up results, the patients were divided into two groups: Mace group and non mace group;ROC curve was drawn according to FIB and the number of patients in mace group.Combined with the best cut-off value(OFF-CUT)data,One group was set as high value patients,Another set of low-value patients,Comprehensive analysis of the general data of the two groups of patients.Cox regression analysis and Kaplan Meier survival curve were used to analyze the relationship between fibrinogen and prognosis of STEMI patients. Results:The Fib level in MACE group was much higher than that in non MACR group(P<0.05),On the basis of the change of ROC curve,it can be seen that Fib predict the MACE value of STEMI patients(P<0.05),According to the high-value group,The risk MACE formation within one year exceeded that in the low-value group(P<0.05),The results of multivariate Cox regression model showed that the risk factors of fibrinogen production MACE were(HR:3.301,5.279~1.003 CI 95%,0.04=P),and two groups were divided based on the best truncation value to analyze the Kaplan-Meier survival analysis of patients’ MACE events.According to the results, the survival rate of patients with low value group was higher than that of patients with low value group. Conclusion: Fibrinogen is associated with the prognosis of patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction, and has a certain predictive value for the prognosis of patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction.
