Objective: To investigate the short-term prognosis of patients with acute ST-elevation myocardial infarction. Methods: The data of 348 patients acute ST-elevation myocardial infarction patients who admitted in cardiology department from June2012 to June 2016 were collected and followed up for 30-day.The patients were divided according to whether major adverse cardiac event occurred during 30-day follow-up into event group(106)and control group(242).To analysis the differences of prognosis factors between the two groups by comparing the basic situation, laboratory examination,ECG,imaging examination and treatment. Results: By comparing the two groups, univariate analysis showed that age, initial heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, serum potassium ion concentration,Urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, blood uric acid, random glucose, high density lipoprotein,C-reactive protein,D-dimmer,glycosylated hemoglobin, history of diabetes mellitus and history of myocardial infarction were statistically significant, whereas gender,pre-hospital delay time, smoking, hospitalization days, cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, brain natriuretic peptide, homocysteine, anterior wall myocardial infarction, left ventricular shortening fraction and left ventricular ejection fraction, history of hypertension and cerebrovascular accident, intravenous thrombolysis were no significant difference. The multivariate logistic regression analysis enrolled the above sense indicators showed that random glucose>7mmol/l(OR=1.228,95%CI:1.198~1.240,P<0.001),initial heart rate>76time/min(OR=1.048,95%CI:1.024~1.073,P<0.001),blood urea nitrogen>5.3mmol/l(OR=1.136,95%CI:1.007~1.281,P=0.038),and C-reactive protein>7.35mg/l(OR=1.017,95%CI:1.006~1.028,P=0.002)were the risk factors and diastolic blood pressure>75mm Hg(OR=0.942,95%CI:0.915~0.969,P<0.001),PCI(OR=0.542,95%CI:0.331~0.889,P=0.015) were the protective factors of major adverse cardiac event. Conclusion: Hyperglycaemia, the rapid heart rate, renal insufficiency, inflammation were the risk factors of major adverse cardiac event with acute myocardial infarction patients. To mainta in high diastolic blood pressure and PCI were good for the short-term prognosis of patients with acute ST-elevation myocardial infarction. The correlation of hypertension history and whether occured major adverse cardiac event is not obvious.
