| Objective: To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of concentrated growth factor in autotransplantation of teeth. Methods: Totally 84 patients of autotransplantation of teeth in were involved in this study, and they were randomly divided into two group, each group included 42 cases. Two groups took CBCT before surgery and used 3D printing model to guide alveolar socket preparation. In group CGF,CGF was implanted into the alveolar socket before autotransplantation of teeth, while in another group, autotransplantation of teeth was performed only. The two groups were analyzed from the general data of patients, the initial stability of donor teeth, the clinical symptom indexes including pain degree(VAS score),swelling and opening degree, incidence of postoperative adverse reactions and Posse score, and the clinical effectiveness of postoperative. The data were analyzad with SPSS 25.0 software. Results: There was no statistical difference in general data between the two groups(P > 0.05).The initial stability of donor teeth in group CGF was better than that another group(P < 0.05).The pain degree of group CGF was lower than that of another group on the 1st and 3rd day after surgery, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups on the 7th day(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in the opening and swelling degree between the two groups on the1 st and 7th day after surgery(P > 0.05),but group CGF were better than another group on the 3rd day, with statistical difference(P < 0.05).After 1 week follow-up,Posse score in CGF group was lower than that another group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).1 case of postoperative infection occurred in CGF group, which improved after local flushing and anti-infection treatment; There were 2 cases of infection and 1 case of numbness of lower lip in another group,The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in CGF group was significantly lower than that another group(P < 0.05).After 1 year follow-up,the success and survival rate of group CGF were 92.9% and 97.6%respectively,the success and survival of another group were 76.2% and 90.5%respectively.The success rate of group CGF was higher than that of another group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in survival rate between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion: The application of concentrated growth factor in autotransplantation of teeth has achieved good clinical effectiveness, which can alleviate postoperative symptoms,is beneficial to the stability of transplanted teeth, improve the success of autotransplantation of teeth. |
