At present, the construction of my country’s multi-level medical security system is not complete, and the urban inclusive medical insurance that has suddenly exploded in 2020,as a supplement to medical insurance, can help build a multi-level medical mechanism and relieve residents’ medical problems to a certain extent.Although there have been some studies on urban inclusive medical insurance in recent months, the research is limited to qualitatively analyzing the development of urban inclusive medical insurance and the demand for urban inclusive medical insurance and its influencing factors are not involved.Analyze the main factors that affect residents’ willingness to demand urban inclusive medical insurance, and put forward corresponding suggestions for expanding the promotion of this type of insurance, which will help insurance companies to conduct business scientifically and help residents increase the recognition of urban inclusive medical insurance. So as to provide certain protection for residents’ medical expenses. On the basis of fully understanding and analyzing the development of urban inclusive medical insurance, first of all,the data is obtained through questionnaire surveys. The survey work has collected 4094 valid questionnaires. The main purpose is to understand and analyze the needs of urban inclusive medical insurance.Influencing factors. The survey content of the questionnaire mainly includes:the individual characteristics of the respondent, family factors, economic factors, cognitive factors, product factors and insurance acceptance.Secondly,a descriptive statistical analysis of the survey results and a cross-analysis of related factors and urban inclusive medical insurance willingness to insure. Then,we use binary logistic regression to empirically determine which factors have an impact on the urban inclusive medical insurance demand and the direction, and use the ISM model to further judge the hierarchy of these factors. The results show that among the factors that significantly affect the willingness of urban inclusive medical insurance demand, the superficial direct factors are risk awareness and understanding of urban inclusive medical insurance, the intermediate factors are education level and the average annual medical expenditure, and the deeper factors are age and Family population. In response to the survey results,in order to increase residents’ participation rate of urban inclusive medical insurance, the author believes that the government should strengthen support and increase the promotion of medical insurance;insurance companies should implement differentiated pricing, improve claims efficiency, and enhance risk control Ability to maintain sustainable development.
