The objects of this study were 266 residents(129 males and 137 females)in Longquan Community. In order to understand the status quo of functional exercise ability and shoulder and neck pain of community residents, community residents can find their own physical weaknesses, evaluate the prevalence of asymmetry, and make targeted exercise prescriptions,so that more residents can be more scientifically involved in physical exercise.Secondly, the relationship between functional motor ability and shoulder and neck pain score(VAS)was evaluated to make recommendations for improvement of shoulder and neck pain. The research methods were measurement, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and literature data.Questionnaire scales(Physical Activity Rating Scale,VAS Pain Scale)were used to evaluate the community residents.A measuring instrument(FMS measuring instrument)was used for measurement, and SPSS22.0 was used for statistics and analysis.Through the data analysis, the results are as follows :(1)the average score of the amount of physical activity of community residents is 18.33±14.92,which is in the level of small amount of physical activity.According to the increasing of age,the amount of physical activity also decreased continuously(P<0.01).(2)The average FMS score of community residents was 11.41±2.41,indicating a higher risk of injury. With the increase of age,the FMS score decreased gradually(P<0.01).(3)In the test of active leg lift, the average score of female was 1.78 points, male was 1.12 points, and there was a very significant difference between the two(P<0.01).Trunk stability push-ups tests, men averaged 1.79 points are significantly female was 1.14 points, and both have very significant difference(P<0.01)and(4)the squat test, torso, shoulder flexibility stability push-ups and body rotation stability test score in the four were very significant difference of pain and pain group(P<0.01).(5)There were significant differences in the situation of shoulder and neck pain among different occupations(P<0.05).(6)With the continuous improvement of physical activity level, the average score of FMS test showed an increasing trend(P<0.01).With the continuous improvement of physical activity level, the number of pain in each grade also decreased gradually(P<0.01).(7)There was a significant correlation between VAS pain and FMS scores(P<0.01),and the correlation coefficient was-0.574.The overall VAS pain of community residents also had a very significant correlation with physical activity scores(P<0.01),with a correlation coefficient of-0.392.There was also a significant correlation between the overall physical activity of community residents and FMS scores(P<0.01),with a correlation coefficient of 0.610.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Community residents have a poor awareness of physical activities and take less exercise.Physical activity decreases with age.(2)There is a high risk of injury to the body of community residents.Flexibility is the weak link in the functional movements of the body for men,and strength and stability for women. With increasing age,FMS scores decreased and injury risk increased.(3)The incidence of shoulder and neck pain in community residents tended to be younger, and the pain situation of teachers and medical workers was better. The main causes of shoulder and neck pain are: limited flexibility of the shoulder, poor stability of the scapula, poor multidirectional stability of the trunk, and weak strength of the shoulder and upper limbs.(4)The higher the FMS score, the lighter the shoulder and neck pain and the higher the physical activity level of residents, the lighter the shoulder and neck pain and the higher the physical activity level, the higher the FMS score. |
